for the adhesive tape, use a rubber roller over it. That's what we do with vinyl banner hemming and it works like a charm.

Now that was very Awesome to Watch! I am new to this, and I found your video intriguing. You speak with intelligence & you look young, but your definitely an old soul. I also liked how you mentioned when making mistakes- Just get it out of the way, learn from it & move on. Of coarse I've heard similar talks regarding mistakes, but you said it the best- a very relaxed & easy way that can avoid any unwanted & negative frustrations while working. So Thanks for the Lessons & Looking forward to your other vids! 👍😉🇨🇦

Never thought about that.... behind frames.... the image is large the frame is small. behind just the 45 degrees to their 45 degrees. is the small frame. The image is large to put that on the wall but the mount is small. Its less money.. A big pic.. but glued to the frame... a small frame.

Hello Rush, I am an amateur photographer; I just found you by googling print photos on metal. I like your content. Would you share where to get the supplies from, what machines to use, and the different metal sizes? In other words, how much money do I need to start printing my own photos, and what do I need to have in a shop like yours? Thank you very much!

5 mins is too fast on images 18 inches and larger. It should be closer to 8-9 mins. The reason is that you want the image to gas at the lowest rate do to the expansion of the aluminum compared to the paper. The larger the print the blurrier the image will get at higher temperatures. Find out what the lowest temperature is, call Chromaluxe. You will be glad you did.

Glad to help. I found out about this problem when I had a business create a 30x30 aluminum print. The center was visibly sharper then the edges. Chromaluxe then referred me to a company that explained the expansion paradox.
