Bruh, not having social media, or at least IG, Twitter, FB, Snapchat, is so liberating. All I have is RUclips and Linkedin, and outside of not smoking and drinking, its the best decision Ive made for the mental.

Basically women only settle down when all the attention and validation drys up but men typically wants women to give that up in their younger years because it shows the man that she is actually worth more than her looks.

Never tell a person your love language unless you’re in a LTR with them. Plus the Love Language book is for married couples, not single people. Single people who actually want to be a partner must cultivate love, discernment and humility. That’s the only way to attract the right person and polarize the wrong person. I think people focus too much on sounding right that being right. I think you should be able to share if you want to on SM but just know ppl lack love in general so they will naturally envy it. I think that people think because they’re ‘attractive’ that they can be a jerk or rude and tactless. A rude person will never get genuine love.

First, all of them look good. Looks is almost never the issue, but I’m glad I didn’t end up with their “type”. Back in the day I felt insecure around them, but looking back it would never work. Sad thing is, they have everything else. All they gotta do is self reflect with an ounce of accountability/empathy.

It’s usually 5 sticks in a box that women can pee on, and get results within 5 mins on whether they’re ovulating or not at that moment. And it fits perfectly in a purse. The fact women have access to this, yet decide not to utilize it as a benefit, or an opportunity to notify the man that you’re currently ovulating before being intimate with him, doesn’t get discussed enough. It’s another layer of consent for men that men don’t get an option to enact on.

Im sorry, i cant get with the whole “if it’s meant to be then it will be” mentality. If you agree with that then you also believe that the women and men who *missed out* and regret it, were meant to miss out.! And that could very well be you, mind you. Also meaning that those who know that they married the wrong person were meant to do that too. I dont agree. We have free-will and with it comes choices. I agree but what we have to remember, a lot of the young people were just born and not nurtured. Their parents were probably teenagers when they were born and you can only teach and nurture at your maturity level unless you have elders around you.

I’ve recently been binge watching your episodes and I must say this is a great one. But before we can make eachother happy in a relationship we gotta figure out as black people how to make ourselves happy first.. that’s definitely one of our issues we both give to much and don’t give enough to ourselves before the relationship
Do most BW figure out what makes them happy? I think that’s part of the problem. Assuming BM should be inside your head and know without asking. A lot will parrot what they’ve heard but I’m questioning how many genuinely take the time to consider for themselves before placing expectations on a Man to do so.

Shortly after my wife and I married I became an officer in the Navy and retired. Now I’ve owned my real estate firm going in 17 years and my wife’s father who owned his own mechanic shop never offered her a penny. In fact she’s given to them even though she never worked. This woman’s father’s actions are solely based on the daughter allowing them to believe he can’t provide.
