Maestro Warren Haynes invited PG’s John Bohlinger to Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, where they hang out after Gov’t Mule’s soundcheck and take a tour through his live rig. This Gibson-heavy collection has been a 40-year-work in progress for the guitarist, who has spent his career playing with David Allan Coe, Dickey Betts, The Allman Brothers, The Dead, leading Gov’t Mule, and much, much more.

Hmm, I'm curious as to what that mod is. I have SLO 50 Clone, but I cloned it component to component; each resistor is about a 1% tolerance, etc. I'd like to know exactly what that mod entails.
It removes the bright cap on the gain control.

haynes is an awesome guy and govt mule is one jam band that is enjoyable for even people like me who find many jam bands to be pointless and insufferable

Warren - The guy who kicked The Allman Brothers asses and got a few more years of killer live music out of them. For that he will always have my gratitude. Now if the guy would only get a decent drummer with Gov't Mule, it would truly inspire him and the band to truly be spectacular, as it is I get disappointed after about 4 songs in every show I've seen. Sorry to be so brutally honest but my filters are not working right now.
