    Jordan had one of these every single game. They don't think people understand that the highlights were just a daily thing for jordan. You don't understand the volume and consistency of the insane shit he was doing 😂😂😂

      I'd say like 2 to 3 times a game

      It's also the different things he could do. Watch a video on his hangtime/layups, then go watch a video of his dunks, then watch a video of his midrange/post game. Then put all that together, trying to figure out which one of those ways he was going to beat you night after night after night. Then once all that is done try to get some sleep because you have a monster guarding you on defense the next day.

      Yeah, he sure did. If the game wasn't televised... you always HAD TO tune into Sportscenter to see the crazy MJ play. It was like clockwork. Every game he entertained the fans with something never done before or since.
      Then you tuned into "cnn sports" because they had different highlights... they'd usually have a couple Air Jordan plays that ESPN didn't include.

    In 1988, Jordan made a profound statement in basketball, and in the athletic world…
    In 88’, Michael Jordan lead the league in scoring, he led the league in steals, he won a scoring title, led his team in points, lead the league in minutes played, won Defensive Player of the Year, he was MVP, MVP of the All-Star game, and he won the dunk contest.
    How can ONE MAN be the best scorer, and the best defender all at the same time??? No player has ever done that before. Absolutely mind blowing!

    We watched this greatness on the regular in Chicago 😮 Every game you watch you will see something MJ does on the court be it offensive or defensive spectacular plays like no one else!!! His total highlights are out of this world 🌎

    Cheat code Hang Time😂😂

  • @AximandTheCursed
    @AximandTheCursed Месяц назад +3

    Jordan was basically his own cheat code, between his crazy handles and ability to tweak gravity at times, the only thing that could stop him was a team good enough to stifle him defensively (which was a very short list!) that could also outscore him at the same time (again, very short list!)

  • @zakkg5497

    Dude, no disrespect but for anyone that saw MJ play with all his skills and athleticism watch Lebron is like: meeh. There is simply nothing Lebron can do that MJ could not, but there is ton of shit MJ did that Lebron could not even dream of. It's not only the hang time, it was MJ's ability to re-adjust his shot mid-air that made him the ultimate killing machine! And al that in an era when players played real tough defense. Did you notice the amount of contact? Don't tell me please Lebron ever faced any such opposition and was that successful. That's why MJ could play in any era and still be the best. And I bet you the more you watch MJ the less you will think of Lebron 😉 Anyway, nice to rewind these tapes and enjoy them again 🙂

  • @barbahuub
    @barbahuub Месяц назад +4

    It just boggles the mind why people keep on comparing LeBum to Jordan. There's just no comparison. The only thing LeBystander's got is longevity and the stat padding that comes with the long career (in soft defense, 3p racking up score era). Jordan was on a different planet.

    The fact you have to even mention Lefonys(Lebron) name during at any point during any Michael Jordan video let alone one called hangtime(which we all know Lefony has no hangtime at all and never should even be mentioned!!! Lefony only can jump straight up and down and that it!!! Most of the players in the NBA!!) shows just how much you don’t know about the game, are to brain washed by clutch sports and all the media throwing in your face 24/7 saying Lefony is the goat that you are not unbiased and objective when talking about basketball!!! Even seeing the facts and artwork of a player like Jordan!!! And damn sure for Kobe either

  • @keithkool8308

    Mindset skillset even in a harder era, Bron isn’t even close. Be glad of the rule change no vontact or handcheck otherwise it would be even harder ti score in this era. Not talking about the lack of fundamentals in todays game. Its wack!!

    • @MarkMay-cr6bv
      @MarkMay-cr6bv Месяц назад

      No, it's just history. I love how so many black people want to erase color or boundaries when it suits their purpose to do so, yet they can't wait to bring up race and color and identify with it if they believe it benefits or makes them look good. MJ is the greatest basketball player ever, and he made a lot of BASKETBALL history. Period.

    7:55 FUNNY THING ABOUT WHAT YOU JUST SAID: It’s natural to wonder how long he spends practicing things, but he says NOT TO SPEND A LOTTA TIME ON ONE THING🤯There are only 24 fkn hours in a day, though🫨🫨🫨🫨
