- Hello everyone Congratulations to us, we have finally finished making the floor. The work is not finished yet, we have to make beds and a kitchen, we already have an idea of how it will all look, very soon we will bring our ideas to life

I am a cabinet maker here in the US, and it amazes me how you process the trees, using your chain saws to make your boards! Very good idea to burn the floor timbers that lay in the dirt, it is a ancient Japanese method of making the wood insect and rot resistant . I look forward to all your episodes, thank you!
I have a Russian neighbor that did the same thing with boards he used to make planter boxes.

Love the fact that there are no bugs of any kind in the winter. As long as you dress warmly, cold is easy to take. The food looks great, and Hugo is one contented well looked after dog, who gets lots of exercise too.
You young men are really doing a good job! Your dugout cabin just gets better and better!! Hugo deserves a big bone for watching over you !!
The floor looks very nice! can't wait to see the new kitchen and beds. Hugo is such a sweet dog. You can see how much he loves to go with you all on trips into the forest. I live in Utah the USA. I also have a cabin in the woods, and cut firewood for the winter. Nothing in the world better than to sit buy the stove and be warm when there is a howling blizzard outside. Your work sawing the wood is nothing short of amazing. Keep up the good work.

Having Hugo is a great company esp you're off grid, takes away the loneliness. Him rolling and digging in the snow makes me laugh. Though he loved snow❄ but at the end of the day he prefers a warm bed...

Awesome, love seeing the great winters in Russia. So much snow it's beautiful. As an American I can say the people of our countries have more in common than not. Our leaders can learn a little from regular nature loving, dog loving people. And some of that food you make looks good too.

We had a freeze hear in Portland Oregon and a tree comes into the front window blocking us from the front yard. Stuffed the dogs beds in front of the window and duck taped it up. Big quilt over the window. And keep the fire wood stove burning. We cooked on the stove and stayed in the front room. 6 days of all that. Played card games and enjoyed the time.

Simple pleasures are the best. A meal in a snow-covered forest, a dog frolicking through the woods, a warm fire, a cozy bed, and a simple roof over one's head. Granted, cutting firewood, hunting for your next meal, and dealing with the harsh elements cuts a different slant.
