Growing up city then traveling with the army for almost half my life I’ve seen both sides of the fence sort of speak and THIS is a much better and healthier choice. Hinges of windows & Doors are always fitted from inside as a part of safety & Not from outside technically , otherwise any one or thief may unscrew the hinges that you fitted from outside Pl. I keep waiting for the indoor plumbing and a septic tank system for waste removal. If I buy land in the United States I am required by law to have a septic tank system installed if I plan to be there for more than two weeks (Camping vs residing?) I thought about buying a piece of land in the cooler, northern part of my state and park my 5th. wheel trailer on it for a summer home. Not allowed without a septic tank system installed even though it's MY land. I DO understand the regulation. Building an out-house on your property is NOT considered ground water friendly.
