@@AccessATS well so ive gotta watch out in the www cause my laptop isnt in warranty more and dell wants 200€+ to change the bios / chip / version... my bios "chip" or file is corrupted, but thanks for ur answer

@@benh8core212 I am sorry to hear of the difficulties. What I can tell you is that Dell are very good in terms of customer care, based on our experience. In fact, that is one of the primary reasons why they have used in the public sector here in Ireland.
