Donna's is actually my favourite reaction, and they didn't even include her initial reaction, because she didn't see the outside first, she just saw the inside and then saw the outside and then freaked out about it. Donna and Clara are the two that had two introductions to the TARDIS, but Clara the only one that had two freak out moments, because the first one was just a Clara-shard.

I used to think that the way the TARDIS looked when Bernard Cribbens first entered the TARDIS was messy and cluttered, but seeing how messed up they made it more recently, I can understand why his character makes the "I thought it would be cleaner" comment.
