Always forget to hit it, just did, so keep reminding us as annoying as it might be haha
I've got two months off coming up in early 2022. Could I join your crew for some sailing lessons? I am a very able bodied 24 year old.
13:15 check that blue connector under the fuel pump. There was a large spark in the black wire. Maybe clean the terminal and add some dielectric.
Commenting so he sees, if you are reading this maybe do the same so we avoid a "my boat caught on fire" video.
Could be a relay that has pads with carbon on them too.
Yeah that is very dangerous looking indeed…
have to check
@@Rustie_za absolutely correct, super dangerous and it should not be sparking like that. It’s most likely a bad connection.
I hope James sees this. So happy for him to get going again. Really don't want him to have to go through that !!
James I think on the intro instead of saying you are "searching for your next adventure" you should say "and nothing is going to stop me on my adventure". Because as we have seen, nothing can stop you on your adventure.
I like it! I just may do that, or some iteration of it.
Great episode, so happy to see you sailing again been way too long, did Staph's positive thinking keep the sea sickness at bay 🤞🏻She has such a great attitude I hope she decides to stay for a while.
DUDE!!!! I hate that you’re having problems with you starter and everything else but you just showed me vicariously that it’s not “just me”. I drive my own truck. This morning I took off out of a rest area after a 11 hour rest break and got 1.7 miles and my engine DIES. All the display said was “electronic fault” after an hour on the shoulder of highway 1 in Delaware I unplugged the ECM and then plugged it back in and my tractor started 🎉. Man little Imps are EVERYWHERE! Cheers.
What’s on the other side of pain…Glory.
Man you earned that James. Well done.
If you don't have a temp gauge, you should install one. It's cheaper than a new engine. 😁
Glad to see you back sailing again. That's a beautiful boat and it looks good and sound enough for an ocean passing. Best of luck in your travels.
Glad to see you sailing again because you got your smile back.
Congrats James great job on the refit, it's really great to see new sailing videos FINALLY! Much love
🚢 ⛵ any day is gonna be a good day with capt J
'Bought a boat i can't rip in half' epic youtube quote of the year.
I don't know, he might see it as a challenge 🤣🤣🤣
@@daveamies5031 famous last words for James.
Your lovely first mate is Stephanie, not "the girl of the boat"! Great episode, so glad to see you on your adventures again.
Great to see you sailing again Captain. Keep up the great work and high spirits. Fair winds.
You're freaking me out!!! one minute long hair, next minute short hair
Always great to get a Zingaro vlog need some more shots on how the Oyster handles rough water, and when dose the wave height come to be a concern.
great to see that you had a good time on our little island.
I love it, 4 years I lived on aruba
Man glad you are on your way ..zingaro II looks great ! Mucha suerte!
James, ahh man so so awesome to see you BACK on the high seas sailing brother. You so deserve everything great 👍 💗. I have missed your VLOGS and short movies. I watched you all last year and I am so happy to be watching your sailing adventures again. Keep the wind at your back and your sails true. Have the best life and the other awesome peeps on the boat. Maybe maybe one day I could live my dream and help crew out. Im 52 time is ticking for me. Well better get back to work. Peace James.
That was great James
THankyou stuart in Ireland
Love your videos James ! All the best with the adventure 😊👍
Great to see Zingaro sailing and exploring new places and in a mono
Nice to have you back sailing
Nice to see you sailing again finally.
Nice to see you on the high seas James!
fixing boats in exotic places!
Good to see ya out cruzzing and having fun. Aloha Eric
Happy for ya brother. Good to see you sailing again. I can't believe you got that dinghy to hold air. I need you to take a look at my lawnmower tires.
Man, the music is on point 🤌
Awesome to see you back on the water 🤟
Great vibe James!! ⛵👌
Safe journey!!
Good to see you back in the waves. Diesel engines are great when they work well. They seem to break at the most inopportune times. Maybe you could look into electric motors and solar panels; one moving part, no fluids, no pumps, no belts, no odors, no sticking valves, no fuel tanks and quiet.. Try Ocean Volt
Chin up bro! Old yachts are a never-ending source of profanity and scraped knuckles...but your Oyster is defo a keeper, for sure! One of the greatest yachts to cruise bluewater. Cheers to you guys, from Singapore!
Another great adventure! I can’t believe I missed you in Aruba by one week. Would have enjoyed meeting you!
James I hope you’re having the time of your life😊
As a small RUclips channel creator (compared to yours)
myself, I appreciate the time you spend creating and editing very entertaining
content! I'm coming late to the game to your channel and always looking
forward to the next and watching those I haven't seen yet!
Thanks for all the great content and the time it takes to produce!
@3:55 Black beans and black rum ,,,, mis favoritos, yeahh
too damm cool you're back at it
keep on sailin'
Good to see you underway making way ! .I was wondering if you are pulling tbe teak decks out, those seams, look like they need re caulking. Be well ! Congrats
That intro is awesome😂 thanks again fir the freedive lessons
Looking good James. Just making a comment for the all mighty algorithm.
Haha loved the pindakaas part. Greets from the Netherlands
Wow, you have been through a lot with this boat already , but you never give up! Love your channel and thanks for sharing! Maybe you can buy a new engine at some point?
And we're away. Take care guys. Until next time. Atb from down here in Nz.
Awesome 👍
He's actually Hercules secretly living in modern times.
A lot of people would not realise how heavy those starter's are on a perkins. You gave the standard grunt lol. Regards Steve.
thanks for the tip and deal on Skill Share!
Have you ever ate bananas with a little bit of peanut butter. That's actually one of my favorite snacks.
add mayo to banana and p butter realy good
you need to afix the wires on yo0ur starter relay better, there was a large spark when starting
Wish I was there
Buy a infra red heat sensor gun to check temps.
Much better than the nail salon video. Smooth sailing and hope all goes well with the engine starter going forward....
Very beautiful 😍👍
Man I like that thumbnail 😂 y’all stay safe out there ya hear
Sparke on starter you first cranked engine!!!! Flash on starter when you cranked it
Been saying for awhile James needs to smudge that boat to get the bad mojo out!
Great video. Now I know who not to call if we ever go there. 800.00 haha
💙 *2 James*
6 days, 6 weeks, or 6 years it's island time.
I’d say a bit too much powder charge at one time for that cannon
It's bad enough sitting through endless ads and now video is adding as well .
Why did the ark happen when you started the motor. Did you see it in the video when you started the motor with the new starter
Why did the engine dump all its coolant?
Did the dinghy get fully repaired?
James are you keeping the boat name “Break of Dawn” or changing to “Zingaro"? Just curious. 🤙
Duh.
Did I hear Break Down ?
@@johnmayer3433 ...goes without saying doesn't it? 😂
@0:54 "bought a boat I can't rip in half". Half expected you to mention that you almost sank the damn thing.
Ps. Really glad you didn't.
Pps. Great to see you back out sailing finally
Check I the boat has been renamed with out the correct renaming procedures! It explains the bad luck
“Bom Dia!!!” To everyone!, good morning
This was an absolutely cool vid. I don't need the click bait but others do.
easy remedy
Black bean humas. , Let’s see
She is one pretty boat - the 16 through hulls seems a bit crazy for such a well built boat. Are the boys at Oyster huge fans of holes in their boats???
Nothing money can't fix 🤪
Im confused i thought you were at Aruba for months already. Didnt you leave Curacao like in March already?!
Can you say, "ALGORITHM SUPPORT!!!"
😃
Am I missing something? What did you name the Oyster??
ARUBA WATERS I NEVER SAW SO MANY COLORS OF BLUE IN ONE PLACE ONE VIEW
PIWKO4 IS RIGHT THERE WAS A BIG BLUE SPARK UNDER THE ORANGE FILTER AT 13:15 MIGHT WANT TO CHECK IT.
What happened to your previous dinghy? The one that sponsored you?
Why is your forward sonar not working ??
Nooooooo!!! No bananas on the boat!!!
curious does all the spilled coolant in bilge end up in the sea? Guess that's the only option
Good question! The answer is no, that would not happen. There is a contained bilge under the engine in a sailboat. Big enough to hold all of the oil, because you don't want that automatically getting pumped out in the water should it leak.

Coolio tnx James...safe journeys thanks for sharing!
Dude has him a new girl friend!!!!
So whats the backstory of going from 6 days to 6 weeks. She was on Aruba right, kinda curious how she met james on Curacao. All that seems be have left out in all other vids. I just watched the introduction and thought that was already on Aruba, but that was on Curacao i guess
Svans
Are still in Aruba ? Welcome to my Island
❤️🏴☠️🌊
Lucky Phil. Life time crewmen.
I’d love a crew spot on Zingaro for a few months or so. Hit me up James if you’re ever in need of a good, hard worker. Love to meet and sail with you some day. 🤙
James beautiful oyster yacht. What Yacht Club do you belong to😎👍
James where are you now ?
Phil is a good dude, sorry he's going away!
Pindacass means peanut cheese.
Sorry it is pindakaas
Always amazed how these people suddenly were taking this class for over a year and never mentioned untill this ad.... just saying
When are you going to sail in the now I like how fast your hair got long
Grondboontjiebotter = Peanut butter :)
Never thought I'd see a sailor bring so many leeks on board smh
James could you sail you boat solo?
Yes, it's set up for solo sailing.
who was phil actually?!?
