G'day James, Firstly, we must all appreciate the beautiful ForeDeck & Aft Deck of Philipa ;) She definitely added to the amazing scenery. Congrats on 100K subs mate. It was nice to finally see the Oyster's interior dry! The exterior of your boat looked incredibly nice mate! Once all the woodwork and finished carpentry on the interior is completed, along with electronics and electrical systems in general, she's gonna be an absolute stunning & fun boat to cruise in the open-ocean. Your friends Bavaria was gorgeous, along with his wife ;) I had a 2014 semi-custom Bavaria 46' Vision. I sold it last year (Feb. 2020) , in order to help fund the purchase of my new 2021 McConaghy MC60 Multihull (catamaran). Good luck on passage ~ back to the States (Florida). Cheers from Margaret River, Western Australia 🇦🇺.
Great video, nice to see some time on the water again, we all hope the current Oyster repairs are coming along okay, and she’s back sailing soon! Congratulations on 100k, what an incredible journey you have been on since originally leaving FL on Zingaro 1. Love the channel.
As far as I can tell they have a 100% survival rate and no injuries? Safety briefings always begin with "in the event of an emergency" not "during routine maneuvers"....
We have tree floating bridges in Washington state. All of them are highways. Two on Lake Washington (Seattle) and one on Hood canal. Keep up the good work, love your new boat.

yorkshire pudding is like a mini souffle made to stretch out a roast beef dinner, they are very tasty, but they are made and served hot, there is never left overs.
Good that damages were not too severe from what you've said, the retrofits to prevent future problems will be interesting. If you want to get lobster, you need to find the rocks and other structures they hide under.. so maybe take a tow behind the tender to sort out what's worth diving on 'round the anchorage or get a fish finder that can map the bottom features so you can GPS mark them for later dives. Great scenery, hope this is indicative of future adventures !
Impressive and already iconic superyacht Sea Eagle II built by Dutch shipyard Royal Huisman is nearing delivery. The 81m boat is the largest all-aluminium sailing vessel in the world. The boat was sold in summer 2016 by Northrop & Johnson. The vessel reportedly belongs to Taiwanese billionaire businessman and philanthropist Samuel Yen-Liang Yin.
There are TWO floating bridges in Seattle crossing Lake Washington. One is about 3 miles long with 3 lanes of car traffic in each direction. The other is slightly shorter but wider. Both are pontoon bridges.
I am unsure of the safety briefing as the video is so short what should be added to the above clip for Captains is "how to fit the Jackets, Fire Extinguisher locations, Seacock locations (all through hull penetrations), VHF and what to do (say) in an emergency, Battery location and isolation and basic engine operation and safe heading back towards land.
Beautiful boat ,but I prefer more of the older classic design like yours , however I can see where the attraction lies with all that room . Also lets get back and get the repairs done ,Can't wait! .

I think this video was filmed before the near sinking...Laura is still around on this one. James was pretty busy making smart remarks when the safety briefing was on, perhaps he'll show more attention to safety since his own boat was so close to sinking. Hey James if you intend to make a living with your RUclips channel why don't you pay more attention to putting your movies into context...you can see how many people are confused about the sequencing of this movie. I really don't understand how you can find the time to go off for a week's holiday when you're supposed to be under so much time pressure to get your own boat sorted and off to the States.
as far as i know mineral spirits &paint thinner are the same thing unless you are talking about lacquer thinner and if you mean the latter thinners will melt/dissolve certain plastics and composites so be careful lacquer thinner can be used to clean up the oily residue left behind by "mineral spirits/turpentine/varsol" are all the same thing just depends where you are/live

I got down about it myself, I can only imagine how you must feel. Sorry, Mate . Hope it comes along well and you're back out on the seas in your own craft soon.
I watch Zingaro videos because I like James. You exude so much positivity and energy! But the timeline of your videos? I'm totally lost. Oh, and the 520 and 90 bridges in Seattle are both floating bridges - 1st and 2nd longest in the world. Both freeways.
Hey James, you're from Tacoma right? You do know that the SR 520 bridge between Seattle and Bellevue and I-90 bridge between Seattle and Mercer Island are floating... Also there's the Hood Canal Floating Bridge, SR104, by Port Gamble. They are the three longest in the world, all in Washington, and there are many others around the world. Maybe that bridge in Curacao is remarkable for a different reason?

Well, your boat is pretty damn beautiful also. Not sure what to think about these pumps they brought on board which couldn't lift the water.
