    I love how Thor pulls 1061 from 18” 2 days ago then this come out at 1065 I know Brian’s was with bands but it’s still cool to see the competition! Keep up the good work Brain! I’m rooting for you!

      @@chrism45 Chalk is used in many natural-ingredient toothpastes as an abrasive; pure chalk (not necessarily what teachers use on the blackboards) is totally safe to ingest in small amounts.

    Brian's getting damn near my level strength and size wise!! I'm a hulking, studly young monster about 5'6.4" and 125.652 lbs. My max bench press is a collosal 112.675 lbs, my max deadlift is 123.5 lbs and most impressively my max curl on the straight bar is 60.2 lbs!!!! IM... A.... BEEEEEEAAASSST!!!!

      Not sure but going off trends if they're doing several reps they're probably doing like 370-390kg.

      The world record is 536kg by Eddie Hall. It’s gonna be 520+. The website says there will be a record attempt there too, likely 540kg

      Depends if they're going for 100Rm or for most reps. If they're going for 100Rm then yes i belive we will see weights between 480kg-510kg, they're most likely going to pull of the ground( not an 18 inch deadlift like in this video) which is much harder.

    I believe Brian will eventually pull 1200lbs in regular deadlift because of his confidence and smooth effortless pulls. He said in a video awhile ago he had never reached his max deadlift.

    Looks like he has an easy time locking it out after he gets it of the ground.
    I think if he focuses on the early part of the lift he will be unbeatable.
    Haters: I'm not saying his early part of the lift is bad by any means. Just that it looks like that's where there is most room to get stronger. He is the best active strongman in my opinion.

    Brian I wanted to know what I should do to help me get a heavier deadlift in? I'm doing 315 pounds at 15 and would like to beat my school record which is 600. Now 315 is what I'm doing with 10 reps, so a max rep could be a little bit more. Also do you have any tips or workout plans to help me with my squats and bench press?

    I get so into these videos, I try to hype Brian up for the lefts he does; I’ll be sitting on my bed and under my breath I’ll be like “ come on!!! Let’s do this!!!!” As if it actually helps him😆.     Got 2 questions. Have you ever shit yourself while training? Second question, why not train with a lower deficit so when you do go compete you know what it already feels like and it will be higher. I just want to know cause i never know where to put pins on bar so i can do rack pulls cause i got a shitty lockout
