    I barely started doing 315 for reps after deadlifting for 5 months. Couldn't even do 2 plates at first but I'm getting stronger. Shaw gives me motivation.

    First time ever leaving a comment. Loved the raw video! It gives a more positive perspective on what goes into preparing for a competition. I’ve been doing strongman competitions for off and on 10 years and I still love the stuff! Lol I’m a big fan brother keep it up!

    I loved this Brian! I noticed the microphone in the shot on one of the last lifts, and the dubstep outro is a bit cheesy but on course with the genre so no complaints. Great work!!       Depends on the lifter, some people find block pulls easier and others can't lift nearly as much.

    Question on the stand you're using to raise the bar height. Is there a pipe welded into the square tubing to reinforce it or is there just holes cut through the square tubing for the sleeve to pass through? I've been thinking about building something similar for a while.
