I cleaned the fuel injectors and when installing did not apply them properly. The injector came out of its place, and the gasoline entered heavily into the combustion chamber, and I emptied the chamber of gasoline and started the car, but it did not start, and I noticed that there are traces of gasoline on the head of the bogie. Is this dangerous

Would be good if you can show how to drain the fuel rail empty before removing the injector. For me, I unplug the fuel pump at the backseat then start the engine until the fuel run dry and stall by itself.

The first injector you washed does not work well, it is damaged.
