      Sorry to interrupt you sir , but as we all know that UPSC has updated its calendar but EPFO exam is not mentioned over there. That means EPFO exam got cancelled??? 😳
      As far as classes are concerned, classes are getting uploaded time to time on EPFO paid course. But I am feeling very demotivated after seeing the UPSC calendar. EPFO exam are also cancelled like other exams of DSSSB etc. 🤯🤯?? Please clarify sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻😕

    Loved the video. I am a 74 year old lady who once had excellent memory, but that is declining. Will surely follow all steps except the exercise part as I suffer from osteoarthritis. I do light exercises. Hope things improve. Thank you for the tips.

      @@meenathakur4771 Yeh I notice the same, we do tasbeeh on beads but we are recommend to do on fingers alhumduliah, i am surprised when I watched thumbnail not to sleep on belly so in islam it is recommended not to sleep on belly.

    Ii went thru these comments out out of curiosity. All my sympathies are with today's youngsters. They face more challenges than the previous generation . Life was easy for us. We got admissions without hassles ,less numbers in a class,good teachers etc. Whenever you are in tension sit quietly,& ask yourself ,where are these thoughts coming from? You will reach source of thoughts,which is the easiest form of meditation. Stay with it.,then a new stream of thoughts will come,do not engage with them,or have dialogue with them,they will go. Then again ask,where are these thoughts coming from. If you do this regularly ,& for some time you willl notice thoughts become less,mind is clear,& you can consentrate on studies better. Please give feed back ,after doing for some time!! Dhanyawad!! Take care. Love!!

    7:55 Yes sir you are absolutely correct. That after an intense workout or cardio exercises, more and more oxygen supplied to the brain. Thus improves memory and brain power. I experienced it ...Me and my friends used to play PUBG after doing workout in the gym. Our reflexes increased during the gameplay 😅 but at that time didn't knew that our fingers are directly connected to the brain and after doing exercises the reflexes could be improved.

    Sir, the neurons transfer messages from the fingertips to the brain by passing through the spinal cord. As the spinal cord has received these messages first, it sends signals to our hands to move away from a hot iron while also sending messages to the brain. That's why you would have felt that our brain thinks about the iron almost at the same time we move our hands away. As sending a message to the brain and waiting for the message from the brain will take too long, the spinal cord sometimes sends messages on its own. Just like when we don't think while closing our eyes when something suddenly comes at us and when chewing our mouth when we eat.

    No matter how much i wanna concentrate on the job in hand, but ome thought amd everything gonne, self help books can get me to sit 20 min max after that my thoughts start to wander.

    Great lessons to improve your memory. Walking 30 minutes a day is good to brain health. What is good for your heart is good for your brain based on lot of research.

      Make a note of things that you need to do...check every day whether u have done.for first week u mgt miss doing.keep making note.sure u can overcome procrastinating...

    Yeh I notice the same, we do tasbeeh on beads but we are recommend to do on fingers alhumduliah, i am surprised when I watched thumbnail nit to sleep on belly so in islam it us recommended not to sleep on belly. Alhumduliah I sm Muslim
