We got admissions without hassles ,less numbers in a class,good teachers etc. Whenever you are in tension sit quietly,& ask yourself ,where are these thoughts coming from? You will reach source of thoughts,which is the easiest form of meditation. Stay with it.,then a new stream of thoughts will come,do not engage with them,or have dialogue with them,they will go. I experienced it ...Me and my friends used to play PUBG after doing workout in the gym. Our reflexes increased during the gameplay 😅 but at that time didn't knew that our fingers are directly connected to the brain and after doing exercises the reflexes could be improved.

Yeh I notice the same, we do tasbeeh on beads but we are recommend to do on fingers alhumduliah, i am surprised when I watched thumbnail nit to sleep on belly so in islam it us recommended not to sleep on belly. Alhumduliah I sm Muslim
