This advice is priceless❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
1. Control your body by controlling hormones (dopamine). For example, while watching web series, dopamine increases in brain to a point where you want to keep doing it to feel the same feeling and then studying which releases less amount of dopamine than web series (If you like web series). That's why we can't study after binge watching something as dopamine levels drop heavily.
2.Balance norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin hormones.
3.Your mind is fresh in the morning, donot saturate it by feeding unwanted social media posts. Both mind and stomach have a saturation point.
4. Do work today that makes you better than yesterday even if it's a small improvement.
5. Give brain the rest it deserves. Even it has a limited bandwidth. Donot take your brain for granted. Rejuvenate your brain.
6.Dopamine can improve your life or deprove it. It's YOUR choice.
7.Every work of yours must be ingrained in your brain. Study, food, exercise everything must be regulated and done at the same time everyday for the best functioning of your body.
8. Exercise everyday for balance of hormones. (It's scientifically proven that dopamine levels increase while you exercise, my opinion)
9. If you have addictions, slowly reduce it. You cannot suddenly stop overnight. (Take baby steps. Every journey starts with a small step :)
10. DONOT DO WORK EXCESSIVELY. (Because you cannot match the dopamine levels )
REMEMBER YOU HAVE ONLY ONE LIFE. USE IT WISELY TO BENEFIT YOURSELF. Have a great day :)

Sir I wish I knew you two years before. My studies is ending ,now I regret a lot ,not having right balance in life. I wanted to be a all rounder like you. But ended up giving up on certain things ,I thought I could not do all things I like in life. But YES, everything is possible. I hope from now I dont do things that I regret in the future.
