      When you started study,, then notice your thoughts🤔💭.. Jese ki study ke alawa kon kon se thoughts aaa rahe h.. Joo thoughts aa rhe h unko copy mee note kroo.. Okey kr lene k baad phir study pee focus krna start kr dooo.... Jab study hoo jai tooo woo note dekho Usme joo bhi thought 💭 h wooo kese h .. 10 min nikalo us thought k lie joo study krte waqt aa rhe the.. Or unko kese thik krege..
      For my opinion hm joo bhi kre ussi pee dhyan doo ek time pee..

Heal yourself with patience and determination. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. For more relaxation enter the following on google search “528 Hz affirmations for health and healing you tube”” and listen for 10 minutes before sleep. Repeat softly in the mind.     Sir, from various researches, I know that its our habit that propels us in life. To create better habits, I clearly mentioned and planned what to study and how much to study each day. Then, after some days, I couldn't continue. Literally whole day I was mourning that I am not studying but each time I start studying, I am not being able to concentrate. After two days, it again normalises and I can study again. How to avoid these cycle & study continuously.

      Set weekly goal rest for 1day and rest 6day full hard work if in btw u break the continuing then to full fill that day promise urself that u will continue from there for next 5 days so that the day which left u can count now 90 days to 30day to 7day to 1day to now follow may it will helpful thank u

    I was in relationship for almost like 5 years.. one fine day everything ended.. and from that day i started procrastinating everything, started loosing everything.. and dheere dheere kai mahine beet gye.. march me lockdown hua and mai aur akela ho gya bt mn ise bht positive way me lia.. mn khud ko explore kia.. mn workout start kia and yes mn kuch mahino me acche lean muscles b gain kie ( muscle memory funda m phle b workout karta tha) and now m fully focused on my aim.. and u know what nothing in this world can distract me now.. u r right sir.. mind ek baar train ho gya to mza aa jata initial me problem hoti h mind ni sunta h.. pr bhai kabtak sunna padega bcoz we are boss of ourselves

Jaisa dhoni kehte the " Control what is Controllable".. hurdles hai, drama hai sabki life me kuch na kuch bhasad h.. bt aap usne rehkar apni life ko kaise better bna skte ho ye important h.. its not under ur control to solve family affairs but still try to make best out of it.. keep calm and make ur hurdles as ur true motivation ki bhai waja tkk pahuch k dikhaongi ki ghar ki prblms yu solve ho jaayegi.. beleive everybody is fighting an individual war.. but its all about your reactions and actions.. best of luck

    Lots of time i started my task like doing study with fully motivated.. And it works at least some days or week.. But after some time... Our continuity breaks... After some time. There doesn't continuity, no motivation, no interest... Even i always feel sleeping.... Sir it is really a big problem with me.. Plzz make me understand how can i deal with these problems..

      Sonal. There is no generation gap. Do you belong to the young generation.? After 20-25 years maybe your kids will complain about the same thing. If ego and pride come in the way there is no solution. Both need to compromise a little;. Top priority for girls today is career and financial stability.       Deeak, Practical action is needed. If negative thoughts affect physical health visiting a psychologist is required. Heal yourself with patience and determination. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. For more relaxation enter the following on google search “528 Hz affirmations for health and healing you tube”” and listen for 10 minutes before sleep. Repeat softly in the mind.
