1. Just sit in a comfortable posture.
2. Take breaths 5-10 times.
3. Focus on your breath where air is striking in your nostrils.
4. Most important- when u feel distracted just simply focus back on your breath. Do this for atleast 20-30 minutes in starting. 👍

मैं हर रोज 1 महीने से मेडिटेशन कर रहा हूं 20 मिनट प्रत्येक दिन।
अच्छा, इससे मुझे फायदा ये हुआ हैं की मेरा मन अब पहले की तुलना में काफी शांत रहता हैं।
मैं अपनी पढ़ाई पर पूरा ध्यान केंद्रित कर पा रहा हूं।

@@Mikkubaby it depends whether you are a morning person or night person he is a morning person so am i morning person means ki we are at our best time to concentrate in what time so if you can concentrate at night keep doing it don't rush on waking up early so hard

Hello sir I am a neet aspirant....sir after meditating for 10 days I felt like the negativity within me about cracking neet...the low feeling within me has decreased to some extent though at times I feel low ...but I think if I continue practising it....the sense of positivity will increase day by day

Thank you for sharing this. Very often I practice this.
My method is after taking deep breaths I close my eyes and recall the memories of a beach I visited (To get they feeling of joy and happiness) And in short while. I start imagining a dark room with no light only a small diya(candle) and keep observing it. Imagining in very detail. Even my breath effects the diya's flame. Whenever a thoughts come and I realise I lost focus i imagine it affects as the flame has started to extinguish. And when I start focusing on diya it starts lighting up.
This help me to keep self check on my focus. Helps me a lot.

@@purnimaupadhyay2614 may be because you move you eyeball under closed eye to the center. To focus on your object. I would suggest stay calm. With gently closed eye and no movement of eye balls.
Firstly I do meditation for 15min first time really I fell moving all around with a dark place and really it refresh my mind too amazing feel know I do it everyday thanks ❤

Personality is the proof, how mediation makes a man calm.
Sir, I have been practising meditation for last 15 years.
It started with the ceremony of sacred thread (upanayan). And, I had hardly missed a single day. At the very first, it was just a ritualistic bondage for me.
At the beginning, I tried concentrating on an imaginary luminous blaze of a candle.. and, then meditated on my breathing, the way you mentioned.
But, gradually, I found myself, I can clearly visualise anything I want, I can even visualise my own conscience and talk to it for a long stretch.
It gives me immense pleasure.. an eternal bliss.❤️
Sometimes, I feel lost, and continue my contemplation for more than hours.
But, I never ever feel depressed at any situation. It directs me and helps me taking the right path. It helps me differentiate between the right and the wrong. It provides me with a huge patience, perseverance and all the positivity that can adore my ‘I’ with all it’s elegance.❤️

Brother, first of all, I would like to thank you for your keenness into the subject.
Truly speaking, I can’t explain all the experiences, I accumulated all way long. Cause, the feelings are undefinable.
And, there is no steadfast way for meditation. “Different ways, but, the destination is one: to find the ‘you’ within you, which is quite tranquil and not disturbed by any of the outer stimuli.”
But, dear, meditation is called yoga (plus),
But, as our soul is neutral, you need a biyoga( minus), for that.
Have you ever perceived, whenever, you are hurt for some reasons, you feel much condensed and attached to yourself, and that “self” is none other than the true conscience of yours.
And, that’s true for a perfect yoga. For an attachment to the “you”, you need to feel disheartened, either for your own wants, your own losses or else for others. And then, your heart will be heavy and all it downpour to your conscience. You’ll feel much calmed, much condensed and, feel lost into your own world of immortality.
Brother, I am not that much experienced to impart and direct you, but, you can read two books that can enrich you in this respect:
1) Raja Yoga(by swami Vivekananda)
2) concentration and meditation ( by swami Paramananda).
These can induct you to the right track, but, you have to find the remaining path yourself. And, I am quite sure, you can do it by your own. Cause it is destined so.

Brother, I can’t share your pain, but can perceive it.
Your question is, whether your sickness can be cured by meditation or not.
The answer is ‘yes’. It can be cured by meditation, but medication should be continued along with it.
Meditation will heal your inner diseases and negativity. And Medication will heal your biological shortcomings.
Brother, none but you are the best architect of your own health, be it inner one or the outer one.
The day, you start persuading your mind that “you are fine”. You will be fine, indeed.
There are a plethora of examples like Hawking and all who had conquered their hindrances with all their positivity.
If they can, why can’t you dear?
Nothing is invincible in this world.
Never accede defeat before the final punctuation.
