In my point of view, liberals who argue for absolute freedom of speech are willfully ignorant about diverse social fabric and reality. Giving a platform for highly toxic groups and normalizing abuse has been common, thanks to many "rationalist free thinkers." Some can understand this if we make a debate with anti-vax people, giving equal time to both sides, to see how harmful this can be to society, but the same thought isn’t often extended to rights of marginalized people. Quick Correction: Regarding the death estimates during the first wave of COVID, the study due to hydroxychloroquine was retracted two months ago due to unreliable data from Belgium and significant assumptions regarding the pathology. Nevertheless, this could have resulted in toxicity and ultimately led to deaths.

@@ReductioMalayalam not a great response, if u r planning to prevent hate speech , the best way of doing it is by bringing in statutes to prevent it , a law that doesnt define what it seeks to achieve is a bad law and a bad law is no law at all. Even if its not by legislations how do u prevent something that u cant define or demarcate
