    The Pilates bridge is one of those exercises that I consider a "Greatest Hits" exercise. There are so many potential benefits that this exercise enables. This video explores different variations of the Pilates bridge and how you might depending your intent behind the exercise.
    Do you want to improve mobility in the spine? Try doing the Pilates bridge with your feet wider apart.
    Do you want to improve your flexibility in your hips and IT Band? Try doing the Pilates bridge with your feet and knees together.
    Do you want to improve your ability to single from your hips so you can do things like get up and down from a chair with great mechanics? Try the "lunar lift" or hinge Pilates Bridge.
