      Fitness with Jenn Allen what is your regimen? Do you do pilates in the morning or evening? Shirt or hour long? I try to do 3 sessions in a week and hour long. 2 times a week hiking. And try 2 times your strength workouts. I do all of them first thing in the morning cause then I do not have time.

      That sounds like a great routine! I prefer working out in the morning also. I start teaching my classes at 6 am then I teach at 7:30 am then again at 9 am. I teach Pilates almost everyday. Then I also teach cycling, weights, HIIT training, step aerobics, and even water aerobics. I also go walking almost everyday with a friend.

      @@fitnesswithjennallen1645 wow it is more than 3 hours of workout......I have 2 questions, do you start your morning on empty stomach or you eat before the class? and what would you recommend, you know I am working to lose weight and tone my body, I have 38.8% of fat and 30.5% of muscle mass, is it better to do more cardio (in my case it is hiking, where I live, my heart rate goes up to 170 and average is around 140, it is very steep) ....I adore strong, power pilates and yoga workouts, not fan of jumping )) but some days I do like them and weight lifting. Looks like I have a good amount of muscle mass may be it would be enough just hike and pilates )). Thank you

      I prefer to workout on an empty stomach but that is because I start really early in the morning. It's different for everyone. Hiking is a great cardio activity. I think what you are doing is a great variety. I always suggest mixing it up and doing something different every day. ❤
