Halloween Fitness Intervals with a Pumpkin (or Medicine Ball) #149
Fun full body moves using a pumpkin. Intervals are :30 of work with random recovery times. When not Halloween, use a medicine ball!😉 Pumpkins should weigh 5-12 lbs.

All you need for this interval class is a pool noodle! Fitness should be fun. This class is fun! Using Tabata timed intervals, this class works everything! 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest in 8 cycles. 1 min recovery in between and another tabata. starts. There are a total of 10. But the class is designed so that you could do 1 or 2 cycles, 5 or 6, or all 10!

Who woulda thought a pumpkin can kick your butt! Had the perfect one on my porch. Reminded me of the toy box workout and just as much fun. Very generous of you to offer notes to instructors.
