    T thanks a lot dear because as we're not " robot" it s really necessary to revisit and think deep the movements we're doing,why and how for the best muscles feeling." To be "the movement is the best ...not just to do it.😍😘

      Yes but move very carefully and get advice from your doctor. Avoid big twists and rotations!
