    I enjoyed this class. Did not have a pumpkin. Used one handweight. Really good cardio class

    I didn't have a pumpkin this time, so I substitute a 10 pound weight in various positions and it worked well. Thanks again!

    Who woulda thought a pumpkin can kick your butt! Had the perfect one on my porch. Reminded me of the toy box workout and just as much fun. Very generous of you to offer notes to instructors.
