    This was my first workout with my new yoga blocks: Amazing! The balance work in the standing section was so challenging, but also doable, thanks to the block. Very intense in the glutes. And then classic-with-a-twist work on the floor: arms and of course aaaaaabs!!! Thank-you! I will do this again, and if you make more with blocks that would be awesome too (now that I have them :o)
