- Hello everyone! Join me for a quick Pilates bridge series, which will activate your glutes and hamstrings, as well as that wonderful core. We will be doing a few different bridge sequences today. If you feel like you need a break in between, you can lower your back down to the mat, hug your knees into the chest and rock side to side. No equipment needed for today, just your beautiful self and your beautiful mat. See you soon! Emma x
