I’ve avoided them for years and then I sprained my ACL earlier this year. I finally got into PT a few weeks ago and this is the kind of stuff they have me doing bc apparently my knees suck because my hips are weak. Who knew? Haha it’s amazing how it’s all connected!
I have tried dozens of side booty workouts and NONE make my side glutes feel the way this workout does. I feel my deep side booty muscles working like never before. It’s amazing how these small but intense movements can have such an impact.

I also find myself liking your format a bit more compared to other fitness RUclipsrs: 1) I like the brick background. It's a nice change from the white wall and macramé - no hate to that aesthetic, it's just that every channel seems to use it, and I like the change! 2) Your music was appropriate with appropriate volume. It wasn't obnoxious. 3) You offered a counter pose at the end, which I appreciated. 4) A soothing voice/accent is always a plus when a part of my body feels like it's on fire. @@cloesmee5390 I don’t notice much “bulking up” there but I do notice a massive difference internally. I had lower back pain for years and side glute workouts are the only thing that fix it. Other types of exercise are much easier now that I’m relying less on my quads and more of my hips. Not much visual change but might be if I added weights or a resistance band

For this I did the 'Glute Workout' and completely completed it💪🏻🔥 Immediately afterwards I did this and completely completed it! what a burner!!! But I felt it in the right places and I have no back or neck pain, you are very clear in giving instructions😍 I can't feel my butt and hips anymore and that's a good sign! wow🔥🔥🔥🔥✅
Yes this would be perfect to keep your head down all the time. Also with the core workouts keep your head down and it becomes neck friendly 😊 Glad you enjoyed it!!
I tried doing this workout a few days ago and it worked amazing on my stronger side/leg, however when I did it on my weaker leg, i got shooting pains/cramps from my butt to my feet and the discomfort hasn't really gone away for 3 days now. Unfortunately I really tried to push through the workout despite the discomfort thinking it was just the normal type of muscle tension for weak muscles. I then earned about piriformis syndrome and sciatica syndrome and was wondering if this exercise may have triggered some nerve impingement in my glutes? Do you have any advice on this? 🙏 Thank you xx
Hi lovely, hip dips are normal and can depend on the shape of your pelvis/bones. You can defiantly build up muscle on the glutes and hips but you can't spot reduce fat in areas. Hope this helps x

Do the workout again and start with the other side, see if the same thing happens with the other leg when you switch, it could be down to fatigue and your form is compromised. let me know how you go😁

That was crazy difficult. I completed his after a 30-minute glute/ hamstring workout. I used 1.5 kg ankle weight for this workout. You moved a little too quickly near the end it was hard to follow.
I know its really late but i have really ugly, weak, flat hips and im REALLY insecure abt it (its the only reason why i dont wear leggings) and i read the comments so ill do it until i see the results ❤
