      Girl!! I was and idiot and did this with a 12# dumbbell!! And this was the second lower body of the day. It made me happy to see your faces because I was making plenty of my own! 🤣 Thank you thank you thank you, I say it alot, but I am so thankful for you

    This was great! The faces you were making helped me to not feel so alone as the pain had me making faces of my own while my cats looked at me with very unsympathetic looks of "what is wrong with you, get over it". 😂Thank you for another intense workout! 🔥

    I always come back to this one, I started with no weight now I have bands 5lb ankle weights, and a dumbbell that gets dropped after 2 exercises! It burns so good

    This routine slays me. I have been trying to even out my glute strength and this one is awesome for my hips! Roxanne has done it again! She's a master!

    Been using your kettlebell videos, big help. What types of your videos should I focus on to work on cutting stomach fat? I'm in-between beginner and intermediate

      Well done!💪🏼 weight training and workouts that increase your heart rate will help you with fat loss. Diet should be the main focus for fat loss, no matter how hard you workout if you don’t have a good diet it will be hard to get the results you want 💪🏼😊
