Quick Lower Body Barre Class Burner | Workout for Glutes & Thighs
Hello everyone! Join me for a quick 10 minute Barre blast workout to work your legs and glutes. I'm using a small squishy Pilates ball for this workout, but don't worry if you don't have one, you could use a small towel or cushion in place, or just do the workout without. :)

    I used a pair of 4kg dumbbells and it burns! I have been working out for a long time. It looks easy but if you use the right pair of weights for your level, you will feel it. First time visiting her channel and will certainly come back again
