Hi everyone! My name is Emma, thank you so much for stopping by. I am a certified Pilates and Barre teacher from Australia and I have created Club Forme to share my love of movement. Here you'll find a collection of mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer, and stretch classes. There are quick and full-length workouts, flows and active workouts, and beginner and advanced workouts. Hopefully you will enjoy working out and having a bit of a laugh with me! :)

Quick Pilates Abs Workout | MAT PILATES AT HOME
Hello everyone! Join me for a quick Pilates abdominal workout using lightweight dumbbells. I am using 1.9kg weights, but you could do anything between 0.5-2kg. Weights are also optional, you could do the whole workout without them if you wish!

Loved this! I tried this arm routine an with my 3 weight dumbbells, repeated it two times to make it 20 minutes at least and wow, I’m amazed! I used to workout a lot in the gym and with more weight, but this just burn! 🔥 thanks for sharing this!

I used a pair of 4kg dumbbells and it burns! I have been working out for a long time. It looks easy but if you use the right pair of weights for your level, you will feel it. First time visiting her channel and will certainly come back again
