What if deku had takaba’s cursed technique as a quirk. You can choose if he’s aware he has it or not, because I’m pretty sure takaba isn’t aware of his own cursed technique.
When Deku and Bakugou go up against All Might in the final exams, you say it'd stay the same because of luck. The problem is, that matchup wasn't due to luck, it (along with Yaoyorozu and Todoroki vs Aizawa) were not randomised while the others were. It seems much more likely imo Izuku would go against Aizawa who could disable Izuku's quirk (as it's not a mutation, also you said once he and Yaoyorozu don't get along so I'd presume he swaps with Todoroki) rather than All Might, who he's already stronger than. Deku vs All Might is much cooler though.
I'm stumped with something in a mha story I'm working on. The idea is that it's a world with magic instead of quirks. Bloodlines exist and act as a way for certain things to be exclusive to certain types of bloodlines. Though magic overall is basically a type of soul energy that can be used in many ways. including rituals. There's many types of fantasy races (to name a few. vampires. Demons. Angels. gods. Demigods. Werewolves, There's even eldritch entities). However the problem is that I'm unsure if there should be any traitors in ua. And if there was any traitors. What would be the reason to be a traitor? Everyone has at least some capacity to learn magic. All for one is an actual demon unlike the anime. And the only way to give other people a bloodline involves either messing with reality or taking the soul of someone with the bloodline you want (though in extreme cases This can apply to taking the soul of a being from a race that could create a new bloodline), something I added though is that instead of quirk discrimination there would be the equivalent of it for bloodlines (though before anybody asks. No. The bloodlines don't mean people are related if they have the same bloodline. It just means they are somehow related to a being connected to that bloodline, it just means statistically they have a higher chance to be related if more information isn't known)
With just the information given here I would personally not add a traitor and instead do something along the lines of afo having used extremely strong divination magic. If you do want to go with the traitor idea, then you could just go for the basic afo promises strength, that he won't kill or the traitors family or whatevet the traitor would want from him, posdiböy with the good old demon contract that looks like it is good for the human, but in actual fact is rather bad for him.
hate when people are scared to make it "to op" it kind of just means what they wanna do is have the charecter do the same thing as there previous what ifs but with yours you create whole new fucking worlds and its amazing

Honestly I think betrayal stories are almost always trash as they usually require character assassination for it to work (with rare exceptions).
