Entry 1: The journey begins! Subaru learns Shadow Dragon Magic and is teleported to Re:Zero. How will our shadowy slayer fair against the forces of the archbishops of sin? How will Subaru adapt to his new life in another world from zero!
Entry 2: Subaru meets the half elf Emillia, and since he helped find her insignia, Subaru is offered a reward from her patron Roswaal Mathers, How Will Subarus life at the Roswaal estate go?
Entry 3: Something isnt right.... Subaru has now gone back in time? Who is this little witch who killed him? Whats going on with that shadow women??? And.. Wait... REM?!

I legit would be down to seeing more Dragon Slayers make an appearance in the future of this series. And I think a big distinguishing feature of this generation of Dragon Slayers would be that instead of being adopted by humans and losing their dragon parents these Dragon Slayers are orphaned from their original parents and raised by Dragons. And if Acknologia is coming back Subaru is gonna need to all the help he can get. Meaning if he learns there are other Dragon Slayers wandering around the world his priority is gonna be to track them all down. The big one being Subaru’s blood brother (or sister IDK) the Light Dragon Slayer.
Reinheart becoming one would be cool

I will say that if Acknologia is showing up at some point Subaru is gonna revive the Fairy Tail guild and track down any and all Dragon Slayers he can because that’s what it took to bring down Acknologia last time.

@@That1Weeb if I may throw out a theory as to why we haven’t seen any other Dragon Slayers yet. They’re likely keeping to themselves and staying in hiding while hunting the Witch cult. However Subaru another Dragon Slayer being knighted would most definitely draw their attention especially the attention of the Light Dragon Slayer.

For this story, its more along the lines that the dragons are in other nations since Luginica is the Red Dragons territory.
@@That1Weeb that makes sense however a knight to a royal candidate calling themselves a dragon Slayer would definitely be attention grabbing especially in arc 5 as more than likely going to run into another Dragon Slayer in Kararagi investigating rumors of a supposed Dragon Slayer when the Emilia camp arrives in Kararagi.
That would be disapointing. Just let boy Subaru get his revenge.

So far one of my favorite what ifs I've seen from you was the devil fruits naruto what if, the idea of adding a new power system to the whole story, not just the mc was amazing, like you did that one, something I'd love to see would be a what if using another new power system, specifically the system used in the webtoon hand jumper, I recently read it and the story and system is very good and I think you could enjoy it too

Echidna would obvious about this Anime Protagonists, for thier powers.
Goku of Course 100% of his power
Naruto 95% of Charka, especially wanting to know about GeniJustsu.
Asta 90% of having different magic
Natsu 90% different Magic again
Rudeus Greyrat 90% Different Magic again.
Luffy 85% from one Piece, wanting know about the fruits.
Chainsaw Man: 80% of curiously wanting to know more of the being of the Chainsaw form abilities.
I really like rezero what ifs as they feel the realest and most guttural in their conversations but I feel like their ruined when Subaru is too strong like oneshots the stronger characters so I would really like more rezeros what ifs where Subaru is strong but not overly strong.
Edit: I like the concept of Subaru having Imagine Breaker from certain magical index like he touches puck and puck desummons
Edit2: Subaru having a pyrotechnic ability from fire force or being similar to shirou and having projection mage craft

Imagine breaker would also probably be able to disconnect someone's connection with the od Laguna so literally anyone with an divine protection would instantly become useless against him (including Reinhardt)

One thing I hate about your subaru what ifs is you always kill an op subaru in the stupidest and convoluted way to have him return by death.

I will say one thing if we get Subaru joining forces with another Dragon Slayer. Regulus is gonna severely bullied like getting wedgied and having his lunch money taken. Given that Subaru thought he could take Regulus himself imagine just how one sided Subaru and another Dragon Slayer (likely the light dragon) vs Regulus is gonna be.

He doesnt see the alternate outcomes, instead he holds a meeting with Zeref who interfered.
With his Dragon Slayer powers, the number of deaths in this version is WAY lower than original Subaru, so he hasnt thought about the complications of the power yet
Remember this Subaru also values his friends over his own life. So he tried over and over to save Rem.

Its likely an error on my part in writing since Im constantly rewatching the shows i make what ifs about so I dont miswrite the characters.
