Coffee Mug Cake | കോഫി മഗ് കേക്ക്
Craving something sweet and short on time?
This 1 minute eggless coffee mug cake is the perfect solution!
With simple ingredients you can whip up a delicious, moist cake in the microwave.
No oven, no hassle- just mix, microwave and Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
Maida 5 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/8 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Caster sugar 3 tbsp
Instant coffee powder 1 tsp
Melted buttter 2 1/2 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1/8 tsp
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients into a mug
Add wet ingredients.
Mix well to make sure there are no lumps
Cook in a microwave oven for 1 minute
Enjoy!!

Awesome recipes. Been watching and making a lot of Kerala items. A suggestion.. preparing an Onam Sadhya is an exhausting ordeal. How about trying to make it easy.. pre grind the masalas, pre make a common tadka for all the veggies and salads . pre cut the veggies. On the festival day, pressure cook them in separate containers for one whistle after applying salt and turmeric. Then simply add the respective masala, add tadka and its done!
