I can't stop soft drinks to save my life. My blood sugar was checked before surgery this previous Monday and it turned out to be just fine and I was shocked but I do feel like my body has been damaged by all the sugar.
It has been. There is a point before prediabetes where your body and insulin works hard to keep up but its not shown as high fasted glucose yet. You should check your fasted insulin instead.
Hopefully, something she said here will help you. You can do it. Many others have.
JJ I follow you since 2014 and I dropped sugar, gluten and everything. Just 2022 I began to understand that I was doing emotional eating. So yes I got up at night and really ate salmon or a piece of 100 percent sugar free dark chocolate, but it was because of emotional neglect. So its kind of bitter sweet ironic, I stick to your rules like a psycho but still there are some things you cant solve with the strongest willpower.

For you it may be best to remove anything that can be a snack and eaten in large quantities. Nuts can be dangerous too I learned. I had to fill up during meals. I still have the boredom and the behavioral habit and urge though. Trying to find the solution for me.

What to do if swapping doesn‘t work? Body craves starch or banana and no amount of berries substitute is. Selflove - a good one. Easy-peasy. Substitute cakes for gym 😂

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 Lipoedema and stage 2 Lymphedema . I am coming up 62, and my mobility is difficult due to pain. I am tired of diets but have dropped 50 Kg and my BMI is still 40%. Will your program work
Hi JJ Virgin, i try to Cut out all high sugar things. I am normal weight and Trend to have a low blood pressure. Everytime i cut out sugar like candy and cake completly i feel very low physically a Bit like getting ill, tired and blood pressure lowers More. Is it possible That i Need a Not of Sugar? Or how can i work against this Bad feeling. I ate Dome Candy yesterday and now i feel better. Docs say my blood is ok, i Had some surgeries the Last years and Recover very quick.
