People here are acting like the sequels are bad lol. Back to the Future is one of the most solid trilogies around. The worst it gets is good. A movie doesn't have to be the same caliber of cinematic Masterpiece to be a good sequel.
Marty McFly has just the amount of flaws needed for him to be interesting and relatable: he’s proud, insecure, reckless, somewhat irresponsible and even a bit greedy. He’s a typical teenager. A perfect character with a flawed character.
@@Myth_or_Mystery76 His fear of rejection is what the first 15 minutes of the movie is about, then he goes back in time and finds out his father has the same fear. Marty helps his dad overcome that fear and brings his character full circle. It was really well done.
Well he was never in the past in the first movie he went to the past and had to get back to the future though he does go back to the past in the second movie so the first and second should be swapped
But Marty does have a flaw in the first film. A lack of confidence in his musical abilities as shown in the film when he was rejected by Huey Lewis and was afraid to turn his tape into the record company. Plus Marty is almost never on time because his mind isn’t in the right place. Marty is able to overcome this flaw throughout the film by installing the confidence in George to ask Lorraine to the dance. After seeing George overcome his doubts Marty is able to perform Johnny B. Good in front of everyone on stage without the fear of being rejected
Doc: “Oh yeah? Well who’s the president in 2020?” Marty: “Donald Trump.” Doc: “Donald Trump?!? The rich guy? Who’s the Vice President? A radio talk show host?”
I think the reason why the third film was so out of place is because I'm pretty sure it was based on Michael J. Fox. In the making of bonus features on the DVD they show clips from an interview that happened around the time the first film came out asking the actors when they would go if they had a time machine. He said that he would love to go to the old west because when he was a kid he dreamed about being a cowboy or something similar. Either way, it is still a fun film and works well message wise with the rest of the trilogy and it expands the message well.
In my opinion, Back To The Future is the most consistent movie trilogy (at least in terms of quality). Also, it breaks one of the key rules of trilogies by doing essentially the same plot in all three films, and yet it works.
I think Back To The Future is one of the greatest and most consistent movie trilogies ever, but Lord Of The Rings is simply the greatest movie trilogy of all time. 3 truly perfect movies in every single way
@@icemav5740 Lord of the rings lacks soul, heart and spirit, it's dull and boring, too many of the main cast are regulated to comic relief (Merry, Pippin, Gimli) or they're underdeveloped like Legolas that's too many in the fellowship already lacking a personality in a 10 hour + trilogy there should be little excuse for that, there's countless films which assemble teams with more personality than that in under 90 minutes. The battles are lifeless like Helms Deep isn't something the audience has been given sufficient reason to care about (only introduced to it recently in story and don't really know the people at risk) some Elf dies which nobody cares about and it's played like this big deal. Return of the King is much stronger than the other two so it is an inconsistent trilogy in quality and even that film itself is inconsistent as the frodo, sam, gollum storyline takes the thunder away from the other plotlines by being much better resulting in a deflating feeling when it cuts away from them and a feeling of wanting it to go back when it's with the other's. The trilogy has flaws all over it.
My buddy went to film school in LA and he said his teachers always touted this script as the “perfect script” and that it’s become pretty much basic curriculum taught at the majority of film schools.. The characters, writing, screenplay etc. everything about this is absolute perfection.. seen it more than 100 times and it never gets old ! If someone tried to reboot it, I think we’d see some real pushback from fans..
Marty's flaw is somewhat similar to George's. He fears rejection. Remember the scene where he auditions his band? Remember the ensuing conversation with his girlfriend? George has a similar problem. It's mainly used as a way to draw a parallel between the two. But it's there.
I remember seeing it at the cinema in Dec 1985. It was one of those films that was completely immersive. On walking out of the theatre, I pretty much believed time travel was possible.
This is easily my favourite movie of all time, I have a literal obsession with the franchise, any time there BTTF merchandise, I must add it to my collection
I was 15 when this came out. Every Friday or Saturday mom would let me see a movie I wanted. It was Back to the future every weekend for me. I loved this movie.
@@isaywhateveriwantandyougot7421 I say whatever I want. And the fact that you just call my comment stupid shows me how much I can take you seriously and that you're a rude. I said this was my subjective opinion. Yes there are flaws in the film, but I can overlook them because of found this trilogy to be enhance. You have no right to criticize someone, who has passion for what they like, just for having an opinion and I suggest you watch your time the next time you reply to anyone like that.
@@yomiyuarts overrated means it's not as good as people "rate" it to be. It's a good movie, but not even close to perfect or even the best Pixar movie. I wouldn't even put it in my top 5 Pixar movies.
Back to the Future is something different, special, cute, witty, and a one-of-a-kind story. We don't see movies like this very often. You don't need something to be perfect in order for it to be the best. Perfection is an absolute concept. Being the best is a relative concept. Perfection can only be defined in theory, not in reality.
Marty has the weakness of being called a chicken implying he is insecure and/or trying to be more popular, seen when he is older and uses his credit card to be cool and not a chicken causing him to lose his job
the way i see it, when a change is made in time, it takes a while for it set in, a time ripple effect, when Marty goes back to the new 1985, the ripple catches up to him, and he develops his problem with being called a chicken
You can actually see the concrete missing below the clock at the end of the original. Marty looks at the clock after returning to 1985 and the piece that Doc broke off is missing.
I wouldn't say Marty is a perfect character in the film. His band isn't finding success in 1985 and can't even get a gig at his school, so he lacks confidence about his prospects for a musical future. But Marty later manages to fulfill his dream by playing the Enchantment Under the Sea dance and turning on the whole school to the sound of rock 'n roll. When Principal Strickland tells him "No McFly has ever amounted to anything in the history of Hill Valley," Marty took it personally. By helping his father become a successful writer, and by helping his family to truly love each other, Marty succeeds in beating what history had fated his family. The McFlys went from being losers to winners in life. 09:36 You said "the trope of falling in love with someone you nurse." Huh-huh.
The major reason this classic trilogy has and never will be rebooted is that much like Calvin and Hobbes not getting merchandise because it's creator Bill Watterson has fought 🦷 and nail for it over his dead body, BTTF won't get a reboot over Robert Zimekmecas' and Bob Gale's dead bodies. They're totally open to the idea of another sequel to BTTF The Game though as that story still needs to be continued and completed. "I like Part 3 BTW it's a great film on its own right and a great way to end the trilogy. It only gets hated on because the previous 2 films are just that good; It just makes 3 look bad in comparison."
Yknow, the way this story is set up with simple characters and a relatively simple plot despite the details, it almost works like a parable in movie form. Also, this story fully understands and embraces the consequences of its plot. Going back in time could cause you to accidentally prevent your birth in the future - a pretty scary concept, but this movie doesn’t back down at all from it. Your actions could also greatly change the future, including the people you know and are related to - it doesn’t shy away from that either. In later movies it doesn’t even shy away from the BAD futures this can cause. It’s pretty blunt about everything while still being fun, and that’s pretty refreshing.
Just watched it on the big screen and if it's not perfect it's as close as a film can get. Every moment is utilised. It's full of ideas. How the guitar player cuts his hand opening the trunk of the car so Marty had to play. How Loraine in the future still asks George if he was birdwatching. It's just full of these organic moments that you barely clock first time around. And still has time for pop culture references and music jokes and nods. It's amazing.
I like the whole trilogy. When you see your dad or even great-grandpa are more similar than you think is the main point. Time travel was just a plot device like The Teen Wolf had a precursor. MJF also starred in that
I appreciate you’re analysis, especially from someone who wasn’t around when this movie came out. I was 9 and BTTF replace my favorite movie when I saw it in the theater with my family on a summer vacation. My previous favorite was Karate Kid which came out a year before. I don’t know if Marty’s flaw is so much of a flaw but something we all relate to. He sees his dad has a very weak and insecure person and there are subtle ways the film shows his own fear that he will follow his dad‘s destiny. I guess that makes Marty a vulnerable and relatable character.
I totally agree with this video, buut there's 1 thing that stops it from being 'timeless' that you failed to mention. The fact that George is a peeping tom who stalks the girl he eventually marries was played off as a light-hearted joke back in the 80s, but it's pretty creepy for today's standards.
That's not a mistake on the movie's part, that is the fault of how culture is changing. It's the same as critizing Toy Story's animation by today's standards, that's not fair.
That shouldn't stop it from being timeless, though. Comedy changes over time. Unless they have a delorean time machine, it's impossible to see how comedy and the public's view on something may change over the next couple decades. I wouldn't really call it a flaw in the movie.
I'm 17 and turning 18 soon and I have been obsessed with these 3 films ever since I was 13 and it quickly became my favorite movies ever! and will always be! i watched the first movie at least 40 times haha
13:51 It amazes me, that you used Avengers: Endgame here, just because music for both Back To The Future and Avengers is made by the same guy: Alan Silvestri!
I first saw this movie in theaters when I was 11 yo. I have loved it for 34 years. I have never heard someone describing it in such a "perfect" way. My mind is blown and you made me love it even more.
I was 17 and a huge Michael J Fox fan when this movie came out. I absolutely love it! It is right up at the top of my all time favorite movie list, along with A New Hope.
I believe that the directors were smart with making the decision to only have 3 movies and no more. The thing that ruins a lot of movies with sequels is the fact that they make so many sequels to the point where it’s boring.
Will always be my favourite film. My dad got the box set in 2004 and was one of the first DVDs we ever had. The guitar scene was what got me into rock music.
My answer to that question would be yes. Back to the Future has been one of my favorite films since I was a teenager in 1997. Edit: Just realized I'm closer to your mom's age than yours. I was five when the first one came out. The romance is my least favorite part. I liked the third one when it came out. Think I was ten then. I saw the film with my dad in the theater.
The Back to the Future Trilogy is one of my favourite pieces of media ever released. Actually I love a lot of movie but still Back to the Future holds a special place in my heart
@@isaywhateveriwantandyougot7421 no film is perfect really but I'd give BTTF a perfect score because like any film you should overlook the small issues
12:20 It was Marty's idea to park a car outside the dance, so in the original timeline of events drunk Biff could not have happened upon the car and attacked Lorraine, and nothing like this series of events is likely to have played out.
The best timetravel movie of all time and a timeless classic. The direction, casting, score, script and acting are all super-b. What I like particular is that the timeline is played out very accurate and subtle changes in the future are shown because of marty's trip to the past. There are however some bootatrap paradoxes in the movie. I love it.
Fun Fact: The actor who played George McFly left the second one, then sued the studio cause in the sequel they used his likeness without his permission, and he won
Not only Back to The Future was one of the two titles that raised the bar about the mindblowing things I could expect from the time travel genre when I was a kid, but it was the first story involving time travelling I ever got contact with in my life. The other impactful one was Chrono Trigger. It's interesting how both movies/games have remarkable soundtracks. Maybe it's a secret requirement any memorable time travelling themed story needs to have? :D
12:16 Biff did not go to the dance in the orginal timeline since he did not crash into the manure truck so therefore he did not spike the punch and therefore Mark Dixon did not cut in
Back To The Future is the perfect 🎥 because the main character saved a life by writing a note. Also the ending leads to the sequel. That is unique for a 🎥!
Im surprised you didnt mention how well edited it is, as just about every scene drives the plot, there are so many setups and payoffs as well as clever dialog that make it worthwhile to rewatch.
The answer to the question is, resoundingly, "YES!" It's about as tight as a script can get, and the only other films to match it are those that have gone through many, many, MANY script versions and re-writes to arrive there. Even though "Back to the Future" was, is and always will be my favorite film, I'd still argue that it is A perfect film but that there are many others that one can call A perfect film as well. Just too many dang good movies have been made that are written, produced, shot and edited to perfection. And I think that that's why movies are often incredible and offer the power for a person / people to immortally change the world, existing well beyond the lives of the creator(s) him / her / themselves! :-)
they actually did explain the backstory of Marty and Doc, because he went to the past and knew him from the present, its probably the first time they met. The bootstrap paradox
I actually rewatched the first one, and just finished the second one, I forgot what amazing movies they are, Jeez I love these movies so so so much, everyone's great, and it's an amazing story.
I think it would have been thrilling for Doc to create the time machine in the second timeline, he doesn't have to have any of the crippling doubts he certainly did the first time. Remember how excited he was to see that something he invented actually works?
Marty McFly does have a flaw he gets mad when you call him chicken he's also late for school and is afraid of getting rejected and yeah I guess he's cool but his only friend is a scientist also on an unrelated note the scene where George McFly in the rain kiss and mighty jumps up is one of my favorite scenes in movie history I just wanted to say that
I was born in 85 and had a brother 5 years older and he got me onto this when i was very young its perfect and i mean that in every sense of the word, it's brilliant i love it
Think about the 80s is if you have a flawless character they're usually just really charming and kind of cool and just fun to be around like Ferris bueller and of course Marty McFly
My mom was 5 when the first Bttf movie came out. She showed the movies to me when I was 6 and I loved them. They recently came to Netflix and I was so happy because I hadn’t been able to watch them (I hadn’t watched them since 2015) because there was nothing to watch them on. Great video by the way!
12:17 In the original timeline Biff wasn't irate about his car getting wrecked so he wasn't actively seeking out Calvin Klein. Loraine and George probably didn't even go to the dance in a car.
Remember she fell for George when he was the one hit by the car, not Marty in the original timeline so anything basically after the Peeping Tom scene was a new branch in the timeline.

My idea for a Backtothefuture sequel trilogy is as follows: It is fourty years since the events in the three movies. DocBrown's house have been abadonned for fourty years and is in a shabby state.Three youths who live nearby goes there to clean up the place and make it ready for a sale. While they are cleaning the house they find the scematics for the delorean and how the fluxcapasator makes timetravels possible. They also find a video which shows one of the youths mother(possible Jennifer Parker)and she looks totally different than she looks today. the youths also sees DocBrown holding a newspaper where Biff has the Grey's sport allmanac in his pocket from 1955. They decide to build a new Delorean from DocBrown's scematics. When they are finnished they decide to bring the Grey's sport allmanac(which is in common sale in 2022) with them. They goes back to 1955 and knows allready that MartyMcFly detained JenniferParkers father when he took the caseboard apart in the first movie to use it as a regular board. The youths prevent this from happening by giving MartyMcFly another board to stand on while flying away from Biff. They also gives their fathers the Grey's sport allmanac. When they comes home they all live in wealth and luxury and JenniferParker looks like she looked in the first movie(played by ClaudiaWells or a lookalike)and it gives a happy ending to the first movie xD In the second movie three neighbours to the first movies aganoists who are envious discover videos that show everything was different just a few days ago. They start stalking the three youths and finds out about the Delorean timemachine. They also finds out about the Grey's sport allmanac. They decide to steal both the delorean and bring with them the Grey's sport allmanac. In 1955 they gives the Grey's sport allmanac to their grandparents. They then goes home to a life in wealth and luxury. In the third and last movie, our three antagonists suddenly wakes up and see everything has changed around them. They see the three neighbour youth now living in wealth and luxury and suspect that they has stolen the delorean and gone back to 1955. They decide to go back themselves and change the events that the three neighbours have caused. But there they meet a young DocBrown that warns them about making any more changes. He tells them he was contacted by his future selves and that he told him to warn eventual other timetravellers.
Marty does have a flaw. It's something reflected in George and Him, When in 1985 he says "I cant take that kinda rejection." And in 1955 George says that too "I cant take that kinda rejection." And in the end he plays his rock music in 1955 Inventing rock and roll, It was a small arc but it is noticable.
I was around when the first BTTF film was released, but not old enough to appreciate it yet (I was 3). Fortunately, my parents were also great fans of the films, and I discovered them shortly after Part 3 was released. They remain one of my favorite film trilogies of all time, along with the Lord of the Rings trilogy and the original version of the original Star Wars trilogy. I saw them out of order, though, first 3, then 1, and finally 2. Also, I wouldn't describe Marty in Part 1 as having no flaws. He was insecure and afraid of rejection during the first act of the film. His flaws just weren't cheesy and over-the-top like his vulnerability to being called "chicken" (or, in Part 3, its 1885 equivalent, "yellow") in the sequels.
First off, we all know what happened in the original timeline; George falls from the tree and gets hit by the car, Lorraine falls in love with him and they go to the dance together so I don't understand what you mean by "wonder what happened when Marty wasn't around" 🤔 Secondly, if you asked me about the theme music for this movie I would think/say Alan Silvestri's instrumental score, not the 2 Huey Lewis songs because we hear them both exactly once whereas Silvestri's score supports the storyline all through the movie. Even if they were made for this movie, Power of Love for me is just a pop song that IS tied to this film, but is still a pop song that you'll hear on nostalgic radio stations.
We're around the same age, so you definitely weren't the only "next gen fan". I didn't discover the movie until I was 10, but I remember telling my friends I'd just watched the greatest movie of all time. Years later, they asked me if I ever saw BTTF.... as if I didn't already tell them how great it was. Either way, I'm happy they eventually came around to it.
Back to the Future 2 is the Empire Strikes Back of the trilogy. It got unapologetically dark and you really felt the stakes were raised. It really warns us that time travel may be cool, but meddling with time can have horrible consequences. The third movie was all done in good fun and it wrapped everything up perfectly. I say Back to the Future is one of the best film trilogies ever.
My mom was actually the one who showed me back to the future and who would watch it with me all the time on VHS! My dad showed me most of my favorite movies, but my very favorite was mostly a movie I would watch with my mom mostly, my dad too though.
One of those minor things I think about after watching the movie dozens of times is, if this was real life, would Biff really take that one punch and then just give up? Wouldn't he ambush George in some alley with his buddies and beat him right to a hospital bed?
My favorite joke from bttf is from a deleted scene where 1955 doc brown goes through 1985 doc's belongings in the delorean saying the future is bad after seeing a hairdryer and then opening up a playboy magazine in the luggage says that the future is looking much better
About rebooting: The film doesn't need reboot per say, as it is just perfect as it is. However since times have changed, it would be really interesting to see a modern take where you go from 2020 to 1990 and repeat the plot. Though the plot would remain the same, it would still be a very different experience. A possible sequel would be going to the year 2050 etc. I want to see that.
I'd say his main flaw in the first movie is his insecurity. At the start, he's worried that people won't like his music, and doesn't want to really try because "I don't think I could take that kind of rejection." But when he goes back to the past, he meets his father, realizes that the whole reason his dad is the lame person he was in the present was because he refused to try anything. Therefore, as Marty tries to convince his dad to become a more confident person, he slowly becomes a more confident person himself. This is reflected in the end when he performs the guitar solo, he's no longer insecure anymore.
Once you get past the future parts of Part 2, I think it’s a damn fine movie in its own right. And the third part is a hell of a lot of fun too, can’t get enough of the train scene,
When you count the 2 sequel movies and the video games additional 2 sequel movies worth of content, BTTF is possibly the greatest and most perfect Quintilogy of all time.

I was 15 when this came out. Every Friday or Saturday mom would let me see a movie I wanted. It was Back to the future every weekend for me. I loved this movie.
So ur 41 now
@@blendyboi5023 it came out in 1985. Unless you're just kidding.

I was thinking more towards Scruffy.
In my eyes, Yes. Even if it has some flaws, I see Back to the Future as the perfect movie and one of the perfect trilogy franchises.
Back to the Wall-E: The most perfect film ever?
I actually think Wall-E is kind of overrated. It's a great film, but not perfect. At least in my opinion.
@@PatLund well that’s your opinion but okay
@@PatLund saying it's overrated is basically saying that "it's popular but its not even that good"...
@@yomiyuarts overrated means it's not as good as people "rate" it to be. It's a good movie, but not even close to perfect or even the best Pixar movie. I wouldn't even put it in my top 5 Pixar movies.
@@PatLund Overrated means its rated too highly but doesn't live up to the quality.
We traveled to the future, now we travel to the *past*
Back to the Future is something different, special, cute, witty, and a one-of-a-kind story. We don't see movies like this very often. You don't need something to be perfect in order for it to be the best. Perfection is an absolute concept. Being the best is a relative concept. Perfection can only be defined in theory, not in reality.
I don’t get the “You don’t need something to be perfect in order for it to be the best”
Please explain
Marty has the weakness of being called a chicken implying he is insecure and/or trying to be more popular, seen when he is older and uses his credit card to be cool and not a chicken causing him to lose his job
But that's only in part 2 & 3.
@@Knightmessenger Well his insecurity is shown in the first movie too when he's nervous about his guitar skills.
the way i see it, when a change is made in time, it takes a while for it set in, a time ripple effect, when Marty goes back to the new 1985, the ripple catches up to him, and he develops his problem with being called a chicken
What's with these Back To The Future Reviews???
Although I'm not complaining Back To The Future Part 2 is my all-time favorite movie 😁

I mean I think BTTF as a trilogy is the best of all. Each movie starts where the previous ends and they all are awesome!
I feel like the Tom Holland bttf deepfake got people talking about the trilogy again so maybe that’s why
Back to the future is so old that back then, they went forward to the future and now the future from the film is back in the past. *MINDBLOWN*
1:28 I thought for a second that you were saying you were 11 when your mom was 15, that would of been weird.
Austin Giattino I know, it’s called a joke.
@Austin Giattino i mean, there was a girl that got pregnant at 5 years old
@@Smileyreal what
Just watched it on the big screen and if it's not perfect it's as close as a film can get.
All 3 of them are my all time favourite movies ever! I think they are perfect!
I like how while you talked about motifs in modern movies you showed Avengers which also has music by Alan Silvestri who also did BTTF!
I first saw this movie in theaters when I was 11 yo. I have loved it for 34 years. I have never heard someone describing it in such a "perfect" way. My mind is blown and you made me love it even more.
Nerdstalgic just made a Back To The Future video !!
I've klicked on the video and got an message about the nerdstalgic video. I am shocked 😲 😂
Yep. I watched that video right before this one.
Aka Cleanprincegaming.
I love what you had to say about the music. You are so right! Apparently, that was the largest orchestra Universal had used for a film by 1985.
Nerdstalgic and now this video talk about Back to the Future, perfection.
My answer to that question would be yes. Back to the Future has been one of my favorite films since I was a teenager in 1997.
Edit: Just realized I'm closer to your mom's age than yours. I was five when the first one came out. The romance is my
least favorite part. I liked the third one when it came out. Think I was ten then. I saw the film with my dad in the theater.
The Back to the Future Trilogy is one of my favourite pieces of media ever released.
Actually I love a lot of movie but still Back to the Future holds a special place in my heart
I’d say Terminator 2 is the “perfect” film. I mean it really is a flawless masterpiece

I love it.
I remember when I first saw the trilogy. I've been in love ever since, and these movies made me fall in love with the DeLorean too
Fun Fact: The actor who played George McFly left the second one, then sued the studio cause in the sequel they used his likeness without his permission, and he won

Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Y e s .
It's certainly beloved as such.....and tough to argue against
I LOVE BACK TO THE FUTURE! Definitely deserves and award for best trilogy.
The Back to the Future trilogy are very perfect films, that and TRON and TRON: Legacy.
they actually did explain the backstory of Marty and Doc, because he went to the past and knew him from the present, its probably the first time they met. The bootstrap paradox
I actually rewatched the first one, and just finished the second one, I forgot what amazing movies they are, Jeez I love these movies so so so much, everyone's great, and it's an amazing story.
6:30 Why did the Mario Kart: Double-Dash Rainbow Road theme just start playing???
Yeah the multiple Nintendo soundtracks/remixes were distracting to me since I recognized a few of them.
I was born 2002 and when I turned 12 I found this golden masterpiece
So you discovered it just before Marty, Doc and Jennifer arrived in the future?
@@DamonNomad82 haha pretty much
I think it would have been thrilling for Doc to create the time machine in the second timeline, he doesn't have to have any of the crippling doubts he certainly did the first time.
My heart stopped when he said “remake.” Don’t touch this golden piece of cinematic history. It’s too important!
YES THANK YOU
Remember she fell for George when he was the one hit by the car, not Marty in the original timeline so anything basically after the Peeping Tom scene was a new branch in the timeline.
Chad exactly
Correct, it was Doc's car

My favorite trilogy of all time hands down 👍
My idea for a Backtothefuture sequel trilogy is as follows: It is fourty years since the events in the three movies.
DocBrown's house have been abadonned for
fourty years and is in a shabby state.Three youths who live nearby goes there to clean up the place and make it ready for a sale.
They goes back to 1955 and knows allready that MartyMcFly detained JenniferParkers father when he took the caseboard apart in the first movie to use it as
a regular board. The youths prevent this from happening by giving MartyMcFly another board to stand on while flying away from Biff.
They also gives their fathers the Grey's sport allmanac.
When they comes home they all live in wealth and luxury
and JenniferParker looks like she looked in the first movie(played by ClaudiaWells or a lookalike)and it gives a happy ending to the first movie xD
In the second movie three neighbours to the first movies aganoists who are envious discover videos that show everything was different just a few days
ago. They start stalking the three youths and finds out about the Delorean timemachine. They also finds out about the Grey's sport allmanac. They decide
to steal both the delorean and bring with them the Grey's sport allmanac. In 1955 they gives the Grey's sport allmanac to their grandparents. They then
goes home to a life in wealth and luxury.
In the third and last movie, our three antagonists suddenly wakes up and see everything has changed around them. They see the three
neighbour youth now living in wealth and luxury and suspect that they has stolen the delorean and gone back to 1955.
They decide to go back themselves and change the events that the three neighbours have caused.
But there they meet a young DocBrown that warns them about making any more changes. He tells them he was contacted by his future
selves and that he told him to warn eventual other timetravellers.
First off, we all know what happened in the original timeline; George falls from the tree and gets hit by the car, Lorraine falls in love with him and they go to the dance together so I don't understand what you mean by "wonder what happened when Marty wasn't around" 🤔
Secondly, if you asked me about the theme music for this movie I would think/say Alan Silvestri's instrumental score, not the 2 Huey Lewis songs because we hear them both exactly once whereas Silvestri's score supports the storyline all through the movie.
Thank you for this video, your my favourite youtuber and this is my favourite movie. It is a perfect match!!!
We could sure use a Time Machine now. I don't think I'm the only one who can honestly say the future is bad.... Let's all go back and relive the 80s
I think it was more the psychological impact of "this guy who used to be a total pushover now fights back, which means that power dynamic is gone".
The third movie is actually my favorite. I dunno. Just cowboys. I like the love plot going on with Doc Brown. They're all perfect movies really
This series of movies are great it is one of a few movies I can watch again & again (including Ghostbusters: original & Groundhogs day)
I don't want a back to the future reboot or remake, but I would love another entry to the franchise in some way.
@@anthony3822 Thats a good point actually, he was a scientist in 55 and he found out how to time travel then too. A movie about that would be so cool!
