Remove Label Sticker Glue From Plastic - FAIL & FIX

Removing sticker labels and glue from plastic can be tough and I try a few different methods in this video. In this video I try to remove 2 sticker labels from plastic containers. On the first plastic container I try using a hair dryer to warm up the label but this ends up making the label glue stay on the container. I then try to use hot water on the back of the lid where the label is and this didn't help. We finally used olive oil on the sticker label glue and a clean cloth to remove the glue adhesive. Then finally washed the plastic lid to get all of the olive oil residue off with a clean cloth, soap, and water. On the second container we used the hot water method on the back of the lid where the label is and we were able to remove the label with just this method.
