I definitely didn’t smack the pad with a bass drum pedal mallet to get those big white marks for the before pic….

I throw mine in the sink and wash with dish soap. I don't use wax. Nice video.

I normally strap mine to the top of my car when getting a car wash.

Where is the off world label on the playing surface?

I believe this pad originally had a laminate that I removed however the label is removable unless that’s been changed recently.

Sir, what are the brand and model names of the drumsticks on the thumbnail of the video?

Will it hurt if you just use turtle wax?

Nope! The windex is mainly to clean the surface and remove any marks or scuffs, as well as to make it adhesive for a laminate. If you just use Turtle Wax, you will still get the slick surface, but you may have some dirt and marks left under the waxing. I would recommend a damp paper towel or maybe a little bit of rubbing alcohol to just clean the surface before waxing though, best not to coat over a dirty playing surface.
