@@chrisw.robertson5478 the january 2003 instance of the 'tuck rule' that helped brady and the pats get to the super bowl versus oakland in the afc playoffs was a rule that existed from 1999 to 2013 and was then removed (only pittsburgh and patriots and washington did not vote for removing it). football has had championship games since 1933 and has existed since 1920, (the afc / nfc meeting in the championship game began january 1967) so the tuck rule only existing for 14 years, creating at least one controversy , and then being removed by almost all the NFL teams voting for removal, indicates you could say that the tuck rule was a Big Mistake. and yes, 2003 was the patriots first championship of their six rings in the past 20 years. and there is sometimes what looks like intentional referee errors in important or playoff nfl games, at least by appearance. numerous examples i do not need to remind or mention to anyone. however, i am not certain that the referees are the reason for brady himself winning many super bowls. the number he has won so far makes it looks like its not the referees responsible for that. but i would agree that it is possible the referees arent always doing their job, and that brady seems to have been helped by referees more than hurt. but not enough of a difference that i would worry.
@@chrisw.robertson5478 Im a diehard cowboys fan and I said we just suck, all those turnover and kick+extra points could easily secure us the win, but yeah..
@Tyson Gillett He does what a QB does. And he does it well. And unfortunately it is a QB league. A team winning a SB with a bad QB rarely happens. A team winning a SB with a good QB often happens. That right there shows the importance of the QB. Not just anyone can do it, look at the league. Distributing the ball takes skill. Takes reading defenses. Takes throwing in tight windows. Takes smart decisions. Etc…
@Tyson Gillett Bucs players have said in interviews that the biggest change Brady brought with him was mental. They went from hoping to get lucky and win to expecting to win and being willing to work as hard as possible to win. Oh and consider that from 1976 the Bucks only had 10 passing TDs in total in all those postseasons and one road win. Last season Brady threw 10 TDs in the postseason and had 3 road wins.

Personally a Ravens fan and I used to despise old #12 naturally because of the battles between the Pats and Ravens that were usually epic playoff games...in the last few years I have come to respect and actually find myself rooting for him to keep defying the odds. Being 46 myself and watching a dude thats around my age perform like this and still win titles is awe inspiring. The guy is on another planet, I cant see why we wouldnt see him win another one or even 2 wouldnt shock me before he finally retires. Incredible player
I'm 41 and have lived pretty much my whole life about 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium, so I've been a firsthand witness to his greatness from all the games Ive attended over the years. It truly is amazing...he could play another 5 years and win a couple more Super Bowls. I'm a Patriots fan first and foremost, but I still root for number 12. Having him still playing is so good for the NFL
It's called the rebuilding of a team, 🏈🤠, so now I don't have a clue what the heck the best alternative is at this moment, but ya'll will have to stay tuned to the next week or two to see what happens with the Boy's
Brady is not a comeback quarterback he's just a natural great QB that learned as rookie and now in his 40s he's at a pace to be the best QB football has ever seen. I'm not a patriots or Bucs fan but u gotta give props to this legend that will no doubt be a first ballot hall of fame.
@@crankiestnebula Well to be fair, the delays between something interesting happening is much, much higher in baseball. But yeah, there's definitely a lotta downtime as a football spectator
19:22 I mean even though he throws it to no one this shows how smart Brady is. He throws it long to make the safeties think on the next play he's going deep and he intentionally throws incomplete to stop the clock. GOAT
@Lastbreathe87of87 well do you think if Brady was on playing for the cowboys they would have lost ? Dak was off even on the easy passes, while Brady was making impossible plays (high risk) igonre the score Bucs were miles ahead in terms of actual plays (coming from a Cowboys fan)
@Lastbreathe87of87 The plays are much more advanced now than they ever were in the 60's. The QB touches the ball 99.999% of the offensive plays. He changes the plays at the line of scrimmage, he calls out what the defenses are doing, and he decides on the field, who gets the ball during each snap. He is quite literally, the field general during every offensive play.
@Lastbreathe87of87 lucky? Looks more like Cowboys were lucky from the TOs, and still couldn’t connect on those TOs, they’re lucky it’s not a 16 point loss
He's not even the greatest of right now. he is allowed to cheat, is coddled by the refs, and teams are paid to roll over (see falcons) so he can be handed another championship he didn;t really win.
Brady does deliver under pressure, but it also only takes one or two sacks and he is off his game...no different than he was 10 years ago. If the O line stays healthy they will be great, but if they get banged up then Brady may be in for a rough season. Remember Farve's last season when he didn't have any protection...we all know that without Brady they Bucs are just a regular team. It will be interesting to see how he plays after he takes a couple shots from an aggressive defense.
titans dumping loyal veterans is a trend in past few years, even though the titans have been a playoff team. and replacing them sometimes with a free agent, and some of those have not done well for the titans and been let go after a season. i can understand letting draft picks who 'busted' or the titans felt underperformed go after their initial rookie type contracts. But.. ryan succop, jurrell casey, wesley woodyard, malcolm butler, kenny vaccaro.. okay, so what did they do wrong, titans? titans vets who were good for team chemistry and good reputations in community making titans an afc contender for what? for titans defense to become an issue and for special teams to still not fix kicking issues after getting rid of these players is not getting 'better' its a bad idea and looks negative to the home fan base in nashville. i dont know who is doing it but i dont think its vrabel? i would hope not. owner amy adams strunk obviously is great its not her. i dont get who is making these mistakes

It really is a privilege for us to be able to watch Tom Brady continue playing… We all know he’s the GOAT now and just get to continue witnessing his greatness 🐐💯
I don't know that Brady is the goat. He couldn't even beat Drew Bledsoe out for starting QB, Bledsoe got injured and Brady inherited it. I do know he was the franchise QB for the best organization in the modern era. Then, when age finally caught up to the Patriots, he jumps ship and swims over to another stacked team. Does playing for good teams make you the goat? Are all the long term Patriots the goat at their position?
@@michaeldonnan6767 You poor fool. Brady never wanted to leave the Pats he was willing to stay even though the offense he had his last year in NE was atrocious. He never needed stacked teams to win a SB. The one time he did was 2007 and they lost. Other times he won the SB be had good defenses and haters will say it was the defense that carried him to those wins but the truth is the Pats were always really good on both sides of the ball with Brady captaining the ship and being the biggest reason they got to the SB most years. He played with average receivers his entire career yet always led top 5 offenses. No other QB would have the success Brady has with the Patriots mediocre weapons. And then he goes to TB and transforms the worst franchise in NFL to a SB team year 1. It won't be duplicated. TB12 is simply the GOAT to ever only a casual fan would think otherwise.
@@mcterminator9641 Interesting theory that he had "mediocre weapons". Gronk really is the goat TE. And Randy Moss is probably the most talented guy to ever play WR. And what about Wes Welker, Julian Edelman, David Patten, Arron Hernandez, Deion Branch, Ben Watson, Brandin Cooks, ect. He had a lot of talented guys to throw to. Just as importantly every Super Bowl year he had a rock solid O-Line. It's no coincidence that the 10 year stretch they didn't make it to any Super Bowls (2004 - 2014) they struggled to put together a top quality line. And Belichick might be the best defensive mind in the modern football era so Brady was blessed with some solid defenses.

Dallas looked pretty good for a change. Dak did good. Dallas played with some energy. Yeah, if Dalla plays this way all year, they will do good this year. Yeah, it would of been nice for a win, but hey, your playing against Brady!!
Brady got the ball back with 1:24 left in the game - 3 seconds more than he had in the 2001 Super Bowl against the Kurt Warner and the Rams. The result was the same - Brady leads his team down for the game winning field goal.
Dallas and Dak played about as good a game as they can and still lost. The Bucs offense played a horrible game and all those penalties.... and still won. This should make many teams very nervous.

@TheRuffington Well refs miss calls every game so no excuses. Dallas was settling for field goals instead of touchdowns and that’s why they loss. I keep hearing how Dak outplayed Brady but I don’t agree. Both teams couldn’t establish the run game so it was basically a shootout. Brady had more TDs in less time and probably could’ve had more if not for turnovers. So you mean tell me that refs didn’t miss any calls against Dallas?
Damn son, Tom Brady just said to his coaches, "just watch and learn." His coaches didn't even know how to play this type of ending. Tom Brady took over like he was the coach himself.

Bucs could've blown this game out of contention just imagine 4 turnovers and still won and all patriot fans knew in that last drive gronk was going to be huge somehow
dallas can say the same thing between lamb's multiple drive-killing drops, one of which led to a pick, and their kicker leaving 7 points on the field. but yeah both teams played well, it was a great game
And Cowboys could have blown the game out of contention without 3 drops from CeeDee (one of them being an INT) and a missed XP and 2 field goals lol… Idk why everyones playing the “if” game for Tampa. Facts are, it was a close game with both teams messing up. Brady wasnt even sacked once and look how close it was
WOW... Very analytical except not so much. Let's be clear on those Turnovers because anyone that knows the game of football knows ALL TURNOVERS are not created equal. Let's start with Brady's first INT: Off the hands of Fournette. It resulted in a 3 pt score by Dallas. (Dak's INT off the hands off Cee Dee Lamb resulted in Tampa Bay scoring 7 pts.) ADVANTAGE TAMPA +4, Brady's second INT (end of the half Hail Mary pic which resulted in zero points, end of half), That interception has no significance in the turnover differential EXCEPT for stats, so to mention it just to fit your narrative without providing substance is being subjective. The other two fumbles were FORCED fumbles by DALLAS defensive players so albeit they were turnovers, the efforts by the defenders attributed to them. Now, there were two NON calls on Tampa that would've HUGELY Impacted the OUTCOME of that game which no one wants to talk about.... the OFFENSIVE PI & David taking off his helmet in the field of play with no repercussion. Any other team does that (with Brady missing from their roster) would've been flagged for that play which would've given Dallas a first and goal... The OPI would've pushed them back 15 yards; however there was still enough time for Brady to drive into field goal range. The point is; there were 2 FORCED turnovers by Dallas, of which resulted in 10 points. You don't get to say IF, in those instances. Your IFS come in to play when a QB makes an arrant throw(unforced) or a ball carrier loses the ball without being hit.
Incredible that I was 13 years old when I saw Tom Brady win his first super bowl and today I'm in my 30s with a daughter and he's still winning Superbowls and playing like a beast at 44, once in a generation talent Tom Brady.
Yea Cowboy kicker blew it, but just like always there was a pass interference that had it been called I bet the Boys would have won but they did have they'er chances just hate the fact that refs give Brady gifts by not calling interference calls that was an obvious push off . Dak looked good as well. Peace out
No he didn’t lmao …if bucs never did those turnovers then the kicker would have never had those positions…the bucs themselves cost them the game …if the dude didn’t fumble at the end the score would have been 38-26
I love at 19:45, someone is obviously making a call over the headset and Brady just smiles and looks over at the sideline yelling “No! No!” Like “shut up I’ve got this handled”
Well Brady is as smart as they come and no one is more experienced than he is on the field. He has 22 years of NFL experience 7 superbowls and countless other accolades. You simply cannot ignore that, what he thinks carries a lot of weight. If he feels strongly about something its probably a good idea to let him have a go at it his way. Brady is practically another coach on the field at this point in his career.

When Brady gives that look when his team is behind by like one score, you KNOW he is coming back 9/10 times. The dude is just on another level.
Etc…
Your right, you know the refs are going to give him the game.
I despise Brady but can't help respecting him as he is just that damn good and consistent. I 've never even heard of another NFL quarterback who has been so good for so long.

And the refs “do what u wanna do”
Kicker in Dallas literally had one job that day, to kick and he couldn’t do it. He costed Dallas the game. Man has been kicking for almost decade now
Yea Cowboy kicker blew it, but just like always there was a pass interference that had it been called I bet the Boys would have won but they did have they'er chances just hate the fact that refs give Brady gifts by not calling interference calls that was an obvious push off . Dak looked good as well. Peace out
If Tampa didnt have 4 turnovers cowgirls woulda got blown out vaginas like their cheerleaders do.
No he didn’t lmao …if bucs never did those turnovers then the kicker would have never had those positions…the bucs themselves cost them the game …if the dude didn’t fumble at the end the score would have been 38-26
@@randyjacobson2873 they had 3 RedZone trips smh, 4 turnovers, shut up they folded
That’s football always the unexpected
When Brady gets that look on his face idc what score is pack it up and send it on home.😂
I can see him and mahomes meeting again in the super bowl this year
thats the look of anger because he knows he is going to have to shell out tens of thousands to bribe the refs some more.
I love at 19:45, someone is obviously making a call over the headset and Brady just smiles and looks over at the sideline yelling “No! No!” Like “shut up I’ve got this handled”
Good observation. I didn't notice that. He did the same in the SB against the Chiefs.
And then after the win he is talking with the offensive coach about this for sure
Tom Brady: I’m out of victory ring fingers
Also Tom Brady: I’ve got me toes
at 19:45 Brady shakes of Leftwich's play call, and puts in his own. Brady must be the offensive coordinator, and no one told Leftwich
They aint gonna argue with him, lol.
Brady or Leftwich play calling, I'll go with Brady everytime, good or bad decision.
Pretty much why they got Brady, no?
@Scotty secretly loves Chryslers Nope, first time seeing Leftwich trying to be a OC
I’m A Niner Fan and I Just Wanna Say This Was A Great Game! Be Blessed

So was the Chief's & Brown s game too.

0:08, 8:07, 13:36, 20:02, 22:56, Al Michaels is still pretty damn good calling the games like Tom Brady is playing. NBC better not pull a Belichick and force him to retire just yet!
Patriot fan here and loving the outcome!
As crazy as it might sound, Brady, Gronk, and AB are still in their prime.
Yes sir
I just love watching Tom Brady play
Eating food that I can't read the language in again.
Tom Brady loves u watching him play
Football reminds me of when you play badminton as a child, and the entire game is just two people serving because neither of you can return the shuttlecock, but once in a rare while, you manage to hit the shuttlecock 3 or 4 times over the net and it feels exhilarating.
Dak will definitely be a top QB this year. Also definitely worth that 160M contract he signed!
Most definitely 🙏🏾
@SD Luciano He put up 400yards and put his team in a position to win. How's that being a game manager?
@@GOATZELWARDBANDWAGON. Yeah, and he did it against the best defense in the NFL on their home field.
@SD Luciano you obviously don't know anything about football!
LMFAO whatever you say CowFailure
Tom Brady has to be the most clutch Qb to ever play the game. Ice water 💦 flows through his veins. Nothing rattles him.
The nfl makes tom brady its all 1 script we all know pretty boy tom cant take many hits hes protected by the nfl to let the script continue
@@blacksmokematters4521 💯😶
@@blacksmokematters4521 You've watched too much wrestling bud. If you've ever actually played a real sport you'd know this. Think about what you said and now think about how many people would have to keep the worlds greatest secret. You're talking 10's of thousands of players, refs, coaching staff, trainers, reporters, etc. And not once has any one of them ever made the claim the NFL was scripted.
@@AchillesWrath1 watching the nfl is the new wwe all bs lol
@@AchillesWrath1 all it takes is a few players and coaches to script a game out ohh and not to mention the ref calls lol
Tom Brady with 1 min. left is like Jordan with ten seconds left.
Brady is so genius in manipulating time and calculating safe distance, makes his opponent frustrated.
21:37 nobody gonna talk ab Brady calling double D's then sending it to the cheerleaders 🤣🤣
fr tho 🏈😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Goes to Tampa for a season and then gets down bad!!!
Loooooooool
This ending was fun to watch. I'm an Eagles fan. This ending was REALLY fun to watch.
Best thing to watch is an Eagles win. Second best thing to watch is a Cowboy loss.
FLY EAGLES FLY
I’m from Boston and loved Tom when he was here and I love him in Tampa I hope he gets another ring!
That Brady guy is pretty good.
I foresee a bright future for him in the NFL
It’s crazy seeing how Brady is the most immobile QB ever yet is still levels above everyone else in the league
yeah...its because the game is rigged.
He's immobile in that he doesn't run, but he's very clever in the pocket to help his blockers.
@@cavemantero braindead comment
just tells you that besides arm talent, physical ability is the least desirable trait for a quarterback among others. people talk about mahomes this and rodgers that, but brady is better than both of them where it matters.
Accuracy >>> Mobility
that was hardcore football , wow both teams really played hard
14:23 when Brady gave that death stare, we knew the cowboys were toast
Incredible that I was 13 years old when I saw Tom Brady win his first super bowl and today I'm in my 30s with a daughter and he's still winning Superbowls and playing like a beast at 44, once in a generation talent Tom Brady.
We're going to miss him when he's gone. Zeze tried-and-true Tennessee fan. The first few Super Bowls I thought was hype I thought it was as much coach maybe more than quarterback. But the last three of the last four seasons have convinced me I'm a True Believer the greatest quarterback I ever seen. Sorry Joe Montana hey your will be number two now I guess
What a amazing game! Congratulations Bucs 🙌😃
