You are definitely correct which is why I am confused they didn’t add 30 seconds more to show a few night shots! I guess they think they didn’t need to since the design and location are worth the price.

Night views from these Los Angeles Hillside homes are amazing, but unfortunately, we get limited time to film them, so it's not always possible to show. We did manage some great evening views on the previous home we posted.

@ashleyinc1 Unfortunately, we get limited time and access to these homes, so it's often not possible to show the twilight shots. In our previous video that we posted, we did do everything shots as we had access to the house. Enjoy 😉

Landslides are inevitable in case of heavy rain or earthquake --__--

There is major engineering that goes into these new bult homes on the hills. The city is very strict...

LA has some of the most stringent hillside building regulations in the world, and it doesn't rain enough in LA, and even if it did, it wouldn't create a landslide in this area. They are built to withstand an earthquake.

If I lived in this type of house for a year, I wouldn't mind a landslide an earthquake or both

Someone bought this and made it into a rent house.

I just viewed a Brentwood home for 26.5 which had some land & grass too. It was all manicured & looked so precious compared to West Hollywood. I mean i look at this home as i would an apartment. No land or precisely skimpy on the land. Do gay people in W Hollywood prefer structure over land? Then get an apartment. Build in the air not on land. There should be a requirement a certain percentage of land is for preserving or reestablishing landscape.

Why do I think of people who live in such soullessly non-cosy houses as being homeless?

You don't like the house? These ultra Modern homes can come across as a little cold if that's not a style you like
