Master bathroom drives me crazy, hide the toilet in a glass bathroom. Yes, you can see your partner take a bath. But you can also see them take a crap.
I agree, that was my only negative about the MBR

The dark tones and the view are fabulous
Such a nice change! I love the Exterior look of the house. Rooms has a lot space; Balcony extended in each room looking at those views is nice. I love the privacy by the pool & jacuzzi area & I also love the dinning room. My two faves in this home is that in-laws suite and that roof top deck, killer views for sure.

This house is awesome. Good combination of views, privacy, and location. Some of the staging and details suck but everything important is decent or better.

Darren, the music is louder than your talking audio. I always have to turn the volume down and up, try to level those out for a more consistent listening experience.

Steep houses can be ok but it's a significant compromise both in cost and usability. The lawn is a little small too :)
This is a beautiful six stories house with beautiful balconies. There is a nice front view, but no back view. I will remove the waterfall to make the pool bigger and put a fountain instead . I will make the bed face the view in the bedrooms.

Such a strange house. The center island looks like a tripping hazard. I agree the toilet in mbr is awkward. The rooms, closets feel narrow. That is the narrowest pool I've seen. Don't fall in. A wine rack under the stairs is odd. The view is fantastic. If IKEA made a mansion, this is it . Narrow. I hope there's a garage.
Oh. I thought the sauna was a live-in DJ booth. My bad. Agree with other Comments that the glass wall in the bathroom is, um, well, gross! Maybe designed for free spirits. Overall, it’s a pretty good value for 5.5M. If I lived here (I wouldn’t), I would change a lot. Hope it has foolproof earthquake foundation cause it is vulnerable!

Master bedroom and bathroom need some privacy… if it had a private balcony then it’s fine, but it is sharing that balcony with another bedroom. Master bedroom with it own privacy balcony is way better.
Is it just me or is there audio issues when Darren talking
So many wasted spaces. It’s got so many floors, and yet the only things they could do to utilize the spaces is by giving it more lounges and sitting areas. Yeah, there’s a tiny pool and a sauna too, but other than those, there’s not much to look at in this house. The primary bedroom is weird, with the addition of transparent bathroom from where you could expose yourself taking a crap for all to see. Ironically, the in-law suite is far better than the primary one, and even the smaller bedrooms feel so much more comfortable than the primary one. Also I need to mention that this property just looks almost identical to its neighbor’s, so there goes the unique quality of the house, I guess. It truly feels like the developers had no idea what to do with the property, but one thing for sure, they love their in-laws.
Do you have tinted glass for the walking closet but not for shitting?
"privacy" when the bed in the guest room has no windows but there is no "privacy" for the master's balcony to be private?
why put the wine under those stairs?
7 floors is not a "strong point", it is more of a disadvantage in this case and...

I hate this house. There’s so many things wrong with it. Poor design, ugly tiles, hideous kitchen island. Just yuck!

The primary bedroom restroom is horrible, the toilet just out in the open 🤣💩🚽 and the closet looks like a storage closet and the balcony is shared. Not that I can afford it but man that’s a horrible layout in my humble opinion 🤣😬

This house in the Hills at that price, in my opinion is a bargain. I like it. I would change some of the decor.
