This is the most exquisite homes that can be turned into grand open plan homes with so much to offer. For example: 1. Turn the second cinema into a music room with the best sound system for a jazz/classic enthusiast 2. Turn the second spa area into a massage area while making the gym bigger for other types of training 3. Turn the second kitchen into a formal one with some cabinets turned into a bar, and get a bigger dining table for grand hosting 4. I would also turn one of the areas into a wine cellar too, and one bedroom into a meditation room for my TM 5. Consolidate the games into one area with own bar - maybe two adjacent bedrooms from the two properties turned into a games room, and be next to the wine cellar with a bar (especially the 4 small bedrooms from both properties) I must say I love the first main bedroom more than the second, which may mean a major fight for the second one between my daughters 🙈 Lovely home and excellent presentation as always, and I would have loved to see the size of the garage areas too - I shall manifest more to own both soonest 💕🎊🍾✨🥂
This video is stunning! Kinda prefer the first part of the property but ngl both sides were incredible! Also, Jaz did an amazing job : a tour full of History, fun, and great explanations: well done !!
Stunning, both properties! And Jas, yours and Summer’s presentation skills are getting better every time. So professional. Keep up the great work. And congrats to the entire team at The Luxury Home Show. 👍👍
The textures throughout these properties were gorgeous, and I love the pale look with the contrasting black finishes, and the gold touches. Some of the artwork has been featured in another video, and it fits seamlessly here. Great video! ❤
My favourite feature is the coffee table and chairs next to the small gym..for when you’re having a cigar, a brandy, reading the paper in between sets…
30mill for a house without windows, every window just goes right into a wall. Thats why all the curtains are drawn. Some developer found a backyard in Mayfair and had this brilliant idea. u plebs actually thought it "brilliant" too.
It is an impressive property with little hidden gems!! Amazing presentation as ever with the 'treadmill for the swimming pool' and especially loved the history piece about the previous owner!! And of course... you Jas!!! Looking absolutely stunning as ever!! 😮 ... You should be in a Bollywood movie and do (super)modelling as well!!👍🙂
Size, floors, spa, whatever - that is not the front of a £30m house, especially in London. The fit and finish is on par with a £2-3m house max and the master bedroom looks out to a wall?. Good luck selling this for 30 mil, I reckon it will go to auction.
Google maps, strada bustenilor nr 4. Green fence not bricks, 2 stories high with the dark red garage door. Looking forward to the hate. maps.app.goo.gl/4ZpiMKKNwmXpjZjw7
Why are people paying 30mil for depression, i thought that came for free...looks more like a prisoned hotel 🤷...excellent presentaion though from Jas as always cant fault that...
10:20 The juxtaposition is uncanny. I really like the attention to detail. But the price tag is... pretty insane for... the position of time we are in. Everybody leave in major cities and what not. But... Thank you for this awesome video. You are absolutely amazing. I love this channel. God bless you. Shouting out from Dublin ❤️
It's so interesting to see how mega rich people would live. I can't help but see it as living in a hotel. Such a waste of space if it's not for a big family or if less than 4-6 people live in there. But really nice presentation!
This house really reminds me of Dune. It’s the colour scheme, the different textures used through-out the house, high walls. I would walk through this house and frequently feel the urge to watch the film 😂
Location. Think 10-20+ yrs from now or if you plan on having children, this is nothing more than an investment asset. Estates, Manors, Chateau's and Townhouses can be passed down for generations.
So it would be more like 60 million if you put them together? how much are they separately? I would make the first gym into a yoga studio as it's smaller than the second gym but a turkish bath sounds great. Both properties are certainly interesting the second not what I was expecting though the part with the dark frontage isn't the facade for the second house is it? infinity pools are great for endurance swimming. I loved your outfit Jas and I don't wear white. Love the modern art deco like furnishing and finishes even in an asian style. Learnt a little history too thanks you two :)
Splendid properties and presentation as usual ❤. Is 4 the the total garages available in both, or are there more garages in the second property (if so how many in total?)?
With respect, what terrible out of context exterior for classic Mayfair, it’s already way out of date … plus the interior looks like a hotel, not a home.
The rooms are way too small and the walkways too narrow to fit into the luxury segment as the price tag leads you to believe. The layout of the building would suit several smaller appartments, all separately. It doesn't really make sense to make 1 big home here. Especially with the price tag and the limitations this house comes with (way too many floors and too small rooms).
What a waste of money building this house, almost all the bathrooms have no windows. What natural light she’s talking about? Such a dark and depressing house.
I always wonder with these types of homes the enter the 8-9 figure range, as a buyer, do you really want thousands if not sometimes millions of people seeing the inside of a home that you plan on purchasing?😂
History Lessons with Jas. Congrats on cramming all those soundbites into your head. Given the price and professionalism necessary for this one, I can understand you not putting a comedy outtake reel at the end, but maybe one day? 😂
Sensational… a one off for sure if combined….. I presume both properties are up for sale individually, considering one has a basement swimming pool one must be more expensive…… great content…
no one would pay 30m to buy a London house that doesn't have any feeling of London heritage at all....This building would make a perfect office not home
Aside from the ugly and depressing architecture and interior decor, this is a pretty decent property and would be ideal for conversion to apartments if allowed. The basement and sub-basement levels would be the communal recreational facilities, and the apartments would be on the above ground floors. Besides the extremely coveted location, the amenities are what add the most value to the property. I don't know if it's worth £30million/$38.5million or not, but it's certainly a trophy property!
5mill for both properties and 25mill for the postcode. It’s nice inside but so cramped and the outside is horrible. The views, claustrophobic lift And downstairs in the pool area, low ceilings and the pool is so tiny, Bathrooms no windows. Mould has to be a problem. I can’t even imagine if I was a billionaire buying this for 30 mill but this is way out of my realm. For 15mill in London you could clearly get something amazing this is a lot of money for something very underwhelming. Just because of the location.
Not my taste but definitely impressive for its size and all - but £30 mill? Don't think so. This is the type of property that drops £8 million from one week to another. Strategy is, if you want £12 mill. then you better start off at £30 mill.
This woman is BEYOND ridiculous as she loses her blob (at 7:17) with her comment, 'oh gosh, a walk in shower' as opposed to the showers everywhere else on the planet, that you have to WALK IN, if you want to use it!

Looks like a rundown 70s office building from the outside and like a hotel from the inside. Definitely not a home.
Brilliant explanation of the building engineering and history. Very well done! Perhaps realtors around the world should take some notes!
Don’t care if this is in Mayfair, exterior is disgusting £30m don’t think so!
and no views
Dark & depressing, brick walls everywhere….probably why all the blinds are down. Yak
This video is stunning! Kinda prefer the first part of the property but ngl both sides were incredible! Also, Jaz did an amazing job : a tour full of History, fun, and great explanations: well done !!
Jas has turned into Hanah
Stunning, both properties! And Jas, yours and Summer’s presentation skills are getting better every time. So professional. Keep up the great work.
And congrats to the entire team at The Luxury Home Show. 👍👍
Absolutely agree with this comments. 🎉 They should both be proud. As a long time fan, it’s so great to see the progression. Well done team.
Thanks for the comment! Much appreciated 🏠
The mews house nxt door looks 10x better
The textures throughout these properties were gorgeous, and I love the pale look with the contrasting black finishes, and the gold touches. Some of the artwork has been featured in another video, and it fits seamlessly here. Great video! ❤
My favourite feature is the coffee table and chairs next to the small gym..for when you’re having a cigar, a brandy, reading the paper in between sets…
yes exactly i would be supervising jeeves doing my sets ! 😉
30mill for a house without windows, every window just goes right into a wall. Thats why all the curtains are drawn. Some developer found a backyard in Mayfair and had this brilliant idea. u plebs actually thought it "brilliant" too.
My thoughts exactly!
멋진 설명과 실내 인테리어네요❤ 정말 잘 봤어요~

doesn’t feel homely, feels/looks more like a hotel.
Size, floors, spa, whatever - that is not the front of a £30m house, especially in London. The fit and finish is on par with a £2-3m house max and the master bedroom looks out to a wall?. Good luck selling this for 30 mil, I reckon it will go to auction.
Totally agree with you. Zero outside space (apart from a dark postage stamp size patio)
Yes, I agree, deffo auction!
One of the best properties you have shown,if I was buying, would buy both and add a connecting door to both properties.
Excellent presentation Jaz
30 mill for that piece of rubble. just shows how overpriced london is.
I'd like to see your home. It must be amazing.
@ZoongoZang25M is just for the land, in big cities you are not paying for the property but for the land
Google maps, strada bustenilor nr 4. Green fence not bricks, 2 stories high with the dark red garage door. Looking forward to the hate. maps.app.goo.gl/4ZpiMKKNwmXpjZjw7
Real estate is all about location, so it is worth it. The same thing in Mississippi would be much cheaper because fewer people want to live there.
@@aviefern no one wants to live there mate. They have to.
looks more like a hotel not a home
Thank you for the amazing tour Jazz
30 million for two homes is perfect hence Perfect home 👊👊 and the privacy 🔥
Jas, your confidence has transformed, really great tour 😊
Finally back in Central London! Thank youuuuu
Why are people paying 30mil for depression, i thought that came for free...looks more like a prisoned hotel 🤷...excellent presentaion though from Jas as always cant fault that...
Stunning. The attention to detail sets this apart. Cozy lux. ❤

Looking beautiful mature and professional today Jas.
This house really reminds me of Dune. It’s the colour scheme, the different textures used through-out the house, high walls. I would walk through this house and frequently feel the urge to watch the film 😂
they managed to make concrete look warm
Love it! ❤❤❤
If you have 30 million to spend I think you can do better for cheaper in London tbh.
Location. Think 10-20+ yrs from now or if you plan on having children, this is nothing more than an investment asset. Estates, Manors, Chateau's and Townhouses can be passed down for generations.
Absolutely lovely homes---the peak of luxury! Thanks, Tom and Jas for another awesome house tour!
Yeah Jaz has upped her Presentation Game. Well done Jaz 👏
Great video. Both are absolutely stunning. I think that I would combine them. Out of the two I think I prefer the second apartment. 😊
So it would be more like 60 million if you put them together? how much are they separately? I would make the first gym into a yoga studio as it's smaller than the second gym but a turkish bath sounds great. 30m for the two, she said that at the start
this will never sell for the asking price, never.
30 million pounds, no way 😮
Amazing tour!
I can appreciate the aesthetics and details of the homes - it would not be my taste but it is very well done.
No light, surrounded by higher buildings from all sides you’re in forever shadow. Perhaps not an issue if you only use occasionally.
看起来不像家,更像一个快捷酒店。虽然很豪华,但是普通人真的不适合。而且价格太贵了,有钱人足以用这些钱买个庄园了。🤣
In a minute welcome greeting your arrival desmiss in your arrived in ♥️🍒🍒
Splendid properties and presentation as usual ❤. Is 4 the the total garages available in both, or are there more garages in the second property (if so how many in total?)?
The modern structure is simply fabulous,
but the interior finishes and furnishings, in my opinion, are rather anonymous
STUNNING
Interest in This realitor is the Shoji inn The prosper session;
Completely bonkers and completely brilliant.
The outside looks like it belongs in a bad neighborhood 😮
That's just London 😅
I was thinking the exact same thing.
Lovely properties and the interiors are exceptional.
Lovely presentation - thoroughly enjoyed.
wow beautiful and im not talking about the houses
I feel like the neighbors' bright green staircase on the side there drops the value in a few mil
I'll take them both. Absolutely stunning home.
Just watch this video, would not pay 30 million for this house ,could buy 6 mansions ,for 5 million each, and get some land space as well .
❤❤❤ well presented 🎉
Just out of curiosity, if the houses are owned by two different people how would the parking in the garage work?
Love the house
Pretty cool house 🙂
With respect, what terrible out of context exterior for classic Mayfair, it’s already way out of date … plus the interior looks like a hotel, not a home.
U will be surprised how much cheap work and rubbish is hiding behind that million pounds walls 😮😅
Very big place for a very big family I would like to see the car park in arrangement
地下车库应该是公用车库,但是对于富豪来说应你该是停到自己房子下,电梯直接到家。地上的开进去但是需要倒出来,外边接到狭窄不适合泊车😜
If I saved up really well.........I could never afford it. Looks great though.
18:16 - Bowling alley

Especially with the price tag and the limitations this house comes with (way too many floors and too small rooms).
Not sure about state of the art cinemas. That’s the cheapest epson cinema projector you can get, only £1,500… in a place asking 30m 😅
What a waste of money building this house, almost all the bathrooms have no windows. What natural light she’s talking about? Such a dark and depressing house.
And she covered all the windows with shades because you can only see your neighbours' walls from the window😂
You're pretty much paying for the location.
£30,000,000 Mayfair Townhouse
The house has no good looks or access - nowadays with green for vision , happiness I wouldn't spend that much for this house .
Looks like the bathrooms came straight out of a 3 stars hotel.
wow
Awesome
30 million the worlds gone mad 🤷🏽♂️
Calling this monstrosity a townhouse is a fallacy ..more like a bunker….
Sensational… a one off for sure if combined….. I presume both properties are up for sale individually, considering one has a basement swimming pool one must be more expensive…… great content…
Muy bonita, mucho lujo incluyendo el water japonés, pero dormitorios y baños en la primera planta y salón en segunda y cocina en tercera noooo...
Nice place I think so Jisso double check 😊
Yes very nice .. If money was no object I'd take both. Do miss the interaction with you and Mat. He hardly made a noise. You two fell out ??!!
Nope
looks so out of place icl
They need to start arresting some people for this.
I don't care how big the spa is ,i would rather have a pool
Love that “just for 30mln” 😂
I'm always amused when people get excited about heated toilet seats. Like that's been around in Japan since 2000, in standard middle class homes.
no one would pay 30m to buy a London house that doesn't have any feeling of London heritage at all....This building would make a perfect office not home
“For just 30 million” excuse me😭
Aside from the ugly and depressing architecture and interior decor, this is a pretty decent property and would be ideal for conversion to apartments if allowed. Besides the extremely coveted location, the amenities are what add the most value to the property. I don't know if it's worth £30million/$38.5million or not, but it's certainly a trophy property!
The layout is not very well designed
interesting, defiantly better as one home !! but an interesting offering nonetheless
Seriously impressive interiors. But £30 million and you’re still boxed in externally….
Love the interior but £30m to live in a back alley with no views…. It just seems very claustrophobic.
“Just shy a 30 mil pound” 💀
Please wait a minute to catch my thoughts so the price for both properties is 30 million.? So what is the price per individual property?
'
30 ÷ 2 and allow a few mill for pool and garage. Just a wild punt.
It would depend on the level of work done in both but more importantly the sqft. For all we know, one can be 20-25 and the other 5-10 mill
5mill for both properties and 25mill for the postcode. It’s nice inside but so cramped and the outside is horrible. The views, claustrophobic lift And downstairs in the pool area, low ceilings and the pool is so tiny, Bathrooms no windows. Mould has to be a problem.

For 15mill in London you could clearly get something amazing this is a lot of money for something very underwhelming. Just because of the location.

30 million for the pair
Why not

Very funny 😂
🤣🤣
Too many adverts these days.
It really lacks charm! There are some positive aspects, but sold separately, we should be talking 9 mill for each.
