The house looks absolutely incredible from the outside but for £32 mil the interior really doesn’t cut it. The exposed brickwork makes it look cheap. In my opinion it’s not exactly a very luxurious homely home. There is not one chair in the whole house that you can actually just fall into to relax. 8 bedroom house with 1 parking space 🤔

They've ripped all the character out of the house. It looks more like a warehouse style loft building. The staff area doesn't have the same finish as the rest of the house? Is it a dungeon? 😂
$32 million pounds and you installed those ugly track lights that looks more like a museum than a house…the decor looks commercial than luxury or cozy. Hated those wood panels and the kitchen.
It hasn’t sold and started at £36M…a semi with no garage. You can have a magnificent townhouse in Chester Sq. SW1 for £20M…this in SW10 is worth about £15M
Great house, but 32 million? You could probably get a whole village for that price in other parts of the country. London is getting absolutely ridiculous.
I’m not a fan of those ‘track lights’ Feels like something I’d see in H&M. Think the decor is pretty dull. Either white brick or that plywood that I think will date horribly. The problem I have with these huge town houses are they’re just lots of long not particularly wide rooms. They’d make more sense and individual flats.
There are beautiful, large manor homes in the country side of England that have tons of room. They often come with a lot of land as well, that you can buy for much, much less than 32 million!
For an area such as Chelsea or London for that matter where space is at the most optimum premium having a multi level home such as this exquisite home you can see why people with a bottomless bank account can afford the luxury of building their dream home. Although it still begs the question why the previous owner decided to sell. Hmmm.
Not everyone wants to live in the countryside. And having more space and lots of land doesn't necessarily make for a better living experience. It's also worth noting that the buyers for a home of this caliber probably have a house in the country as well, and several others around the world.
As usual, the heart has been ripped out of this character house, and in it’s place, a bland, cold, unimaginative looking office building, such a travesty to our history and beautiful architecture 😢😢 when the “ current “ thing changes back to original features etc, what are these people going to do ?.
When, hopefully, whatever the design they strived for fails, and cannot sell , they will probably lose money, if and when they do sell. Also, all that big catering kitchen looks to be is good for show. One small space for parking is a joke...what are they going to do helicopter their quests in for dinner, maybe land in that beautiful street.
Honestly, I love the contemporary clean lines. I like the older look of the house on the outside but it’s a good marriage between the two styles., houses need to be updated at least every 20 years to keep it fresh. A lot of people don’t like stuffy traditional. And I can understand that. Some fine traditional furniture would look great alongside contemporary furniture.
I'd be surprised if buyers are expected to live with such bland interior design. Maybe it's just easier to show it like this so viewers can decide how they'll do it when it's theirs. The more ominous possibility is that it's intended only as an investment house, not really for living in. Buy a house, close it up, wait for price increase, sell it for profit. There used to be overtones in London of ill-gotten gains being used. I don't know what it's like now.
The interior of this house looks like it was designed for a villain in a James Bond film. It's cold and brutal looking. I guess you could use that basement cinema room to torture people that get in the way of your evil genius. It's definitely not what I would want to buy if I were looking for a villa in Chelsea.
For £32500 million London is just not worth it.For that price you can have a mansion with land and a swimming pool. Enough cash left over to buy a car.

Beautiful home with a couple of caveats: The mirrored tv in the sitting room, why? Kinda tacky. And I loves me a staircase, so not fond of the elevator being such a central feature. Surely the architect could have placed it somewhere less obtrusive.
I love the contemporary interior. Very nice. I prefer a kitchen open to a den and although it was very beautiful, it feels claustrophobic to me. It would feel like you’re all alone in the basement. The staircase was awful. I give it an F, because a staircase should have an open stairwell that you look down to the floor or up to the ceiling. I understand the elevator being placed in the stairwell, but it really ruins the staircase. I wish they could have put the elevator in a different area. Also the brick color looks very bland and average. I would have to paint the brick white or a light gray. That would make it much better. The parking space is unacceptable. They should have a two or three car garage somewhere so I give the parking area an F. But good video and I don’t blame the tour guide for the floorplan. He is an excellent spokesperson. Keep the tours coming.
well..... I live in this area and i can tell you it is like a village but within walking distance of all the fun things to do. This road has virtually no crime, don't take my word for it you can check online. If you are a thief reading this I can tell you with some confidence you will be on 50 CCTV camera walking down this road, and all the security is interlinked between houses. Another reason why it's so safe is that the back garden is closed off and secure. The only way into the house is from the front. High walls at the back, secure and you would have to go into the other house behind to get in the back garden (but only from their front if that makes sense). Let's say you are a world class climber you would still struggle you would need an air ship or a drone. All high end secure doors and windows. There are no burglaries due to these reasons. Some houses have very discreet security including personnel. You can drive in and out of London quickly. the schools are world class and within walking distance which means families stay which in turn reflects on supply and demand. There are houses that have been converted into flats on this road but you won't get a house for less than 25 million. Part of the reason why it's so expensive is that the sun is in the back garden all day. Opposite, behind the back garden, is little Boltons which is slightly cheaper for this reason (the sun is only in the garden part of the day). This is Chelsea there are no cheap areas but this road has A list celebrities (Madonna had a house on this road) and Oligarchs. Unlike other areas of London people actually live here.
Amazing house in so many ways. But not for me. At that exorbitant price I'd want more land. Also I'd need a cosier interior. I find this place sterile, cold and in some areas claustrophobic.
the interior design is not high end, the black and white is a dated concept. Also the light stain wood feels like a mid range hotel, and not in keeping with the period of the property. Location is good but not worth half the amount. if you really need to be in London then spend 1m on rental for a few years.
You are just paying for the location. 32 Mill for a terraced house.... You can buy a huge mansion with acres of land, half that price and you wouldn't have neighbours next to you. But the rich and famous would be pay that money for the location and investment.
I think for chelsea or london standards in general, this home is really spacious. I liked that asian touches in the wood panels on the walls, bathrooms, the chairs of the dining room and the plates with chopsticks not to mention the kitchen I loved it. The back garden is huge and it had that greenery that gives that fresh touch, and the spacious balcony is something to thank. The only but I have in mind is the Scandinavian chairs on the cinema room, yes I combines with the style of the home but they doesn't look comfy I prefer a large cozy and comfy sofa on every level of that room and keep the chairs for other room. And for the end the cars if it's possible to build an underfloor garage with the car lift I probably put in there a Kia morning or a Toyota Agya, Wuling Hongguang mini EV or a Hyundai Ionic 5 (best for cities), a Ranger Rover or G Wagon for family or a Minivian like a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey and for weekends a JDM like a Toyota Supra, a muscle car why not? or NSX or a Supercar Lambo Revuelto or Ferrari SF90 or Koenigsegg Agera R or Jesko. And a camper or any offroad for camping. I mean there's a lot of options to chose haha. I know a few of the the cars early mentioned are not in the uk but they are practicall. Even you can import I suppose. PD: I'll probably add a Koi Pond and a Small asian rainforest on the backyard.
A beautiful home from the outside but they have destroyed totally all the original period features to impose an ugly characterless modern interior. Just such a shame. Not for me, even if I had £35 million.
We have just had the least rain and warmest September,, in London, since records began, Rebecca and 2 days ago it was 77 Degrees Fahrenheit on the 11th October. lol
I love the fact that the property has a private parking space, which probably contributes at least £1million to the £32million pricetag, and someone has still parked directly in front of their gate blocking access. 🙄😂
Buy a nice apartment in london for a fraction of that and get a lovely wooded country estate again for a fraction of that. London is nice but it aint that nice. I would prefer gardens and solitude and natural light instead of basements for 32million. What you are paying for here is the cost of the excavation works in a posh neighborhood. They want to recoup their money on a bad investment, a stupid decision to spend so much money on it. Plus it is actually disgusting in a country with more foodbanks for the starving than mcdonalds for the poor that somebody has this much money to waste. Tax the owner and the buyer way way more.
Or, like me,live in a modest 3 bedroom house, well below the London average, just 50 metres from 185 Acres of Parkland and within a 7 miles radius of 76 Open spaces including a 245 Acre park just 1/2 mile from a London postal address so I can go into London and out to the Countryside in no time:)

I really like this house, 32 million is an insane amount of money but if I could afford it, I can see myself living there. I'd convert the staff area into something else though, I can't imagine employing people to take care of my home

There's no doubt that it would be incredible to live there. However it's very sad when you see all of the original features missing.
AMAZING!! JUST BEAUTIFUL.
GREETINGS FROM MANHATTAN NY.
BRAVO 👏
Those chairs at 8:30 are around £7000 a piece.
Nice one ..... good presentation ... THX.....
I've got a housing association flat with 4 tennis courts, basketball court, 50m swimming pool and a few acres of park £700 a month.
😂 Where is this lol 👀

Mizzy doesn’t care about your security cameras 😅
Amazing house in so many ways. But not for me. At that exorbitant price I'd want more land. Also I'd need a cosier interior. I find this place sterile, cold and in some areas claustrophobic.
the interior design is not high end, the black and white is a dated concept. Also the light stain wood feels like a mid range hotel, and not in keeping with the period of the property. Location is good but not worth half the amount. if you really need to be in London then spend 1m on rental for a few years.
Even if you could afford this property you would have concerns with reselling it. I doubt you would make a profit much less break even!
You are just paying for the location. 32 Mill for a terraced house.... You can buy a huge mansion with acres of land, half that price and you wouldn't have neighbours next to you. But the rich and famous would be pay that money for the location and investment.
32 mill for a semi… . I grew up is sw11… that is a joke of an asking price!
$32M GBP, $54M Canadian, $41M US. So what does he feature - a bowel with chopsticks 😂.
Worth £15 million at most.
Great video! Thank you!!
You have to experience the Eames Lounge chair with the Ottoman
Absolutely Stunning!
Just finished working on a house a few doors up , 4 year project all in all !
A beautiful home from the outside but they have destroyed totally all the original period features to impose an ugly characterless modern interior. Just such a shame. Not for me, even if I had £35 million.
Looks like a middle school classroom with that white brickwork
How do you know you are working class? -You've got a wide-screen TV that is too big for your living room. I don't know what class these people are.
I don't think they have any class, just shed loads of money.
😂😂
I’ll be glad to have this place in London, despite of the rain ☔️
We have just had the least rain and warmest September,, in London, since records began, Rebecca and 2 days ago it was 77 Degrees Fahrenheit on the 11th October. lol
Nice - but does no one build libraries or studies anymore...
Who thought that track-lights in all the rooms was cool!?
This house is just part of someone's investment portfolio no one will ever live in it sadly.
great video, thanks!
Bland- only original features are the windows
Yeah i too was wondering why dig until almost Hades? Lol.
32 million for a more or less "average" mansion - I am sorry this is complete and utter bs, borderline criminal...
Its a gutted dark box, this house was the one that first made the neighbors insane with pointless construction and will know doubt be bought by some tacky person that will drive them crazy again.
Electric blinds? Revolutionary
I was excited to see this luxury home until I realized you only get a sliver of the actual building. The long narrow rooms look cramped. Why not a more open layout?
My car choice. Bristol 404 or 405 maroon colour.😊😊
I really like this house, 32 million is an insane amount of money but if I could afford it, I can see myself living there. I'd convert the staff area into something else though, I can't imagine employing people to take care of my home
This house is gorgeous!!!!
Don't like it. Exterior is lovely, but the interior ???? Where have all the wonderful period features gone?
Adjust the white balance on your camera for indoors
Living in London i would expect a medical centre and On Call Doctor to deal with all the Stabbings!!🤣
It's terrible. In my 69 London years,I have not witnessed one crime and for the last 40 years in this house in Outer London,I, genuinely, do not a back door lock and my (old) car is outside, unlocked. It's all happening, isn't it?
Obviously I can never afford this house, but its nice to see what a billionaire owner house look like 😄
