Anyone who can afford an 85 million dollar home in LA wants new and modern, so they would be tearing this down. The problem is that the price reflects what the property could be, not its current condition. They need to take into account all the time and money it will take to remodel it and reduce the price!
I'm happy that these beautiful mansions exist and we get to view them for free. But owning one just seems like a huge burden to take on. Even if you can afford the purchase price, taxes, insurance, etc. you've got to hire staff to maintain this place. I can't imagine having so much overhead every month just to live somewhere. That would stress me out.
Well theyve got the money theyve got to spend it. And most celevs buy bug houses so they can have any luxury abd amenity they want at home
