    I like that this guy was real instead of everybody coming over there and trying to act like they were a big shot. He’s just an honest hard working guy. I believe sometimes people when they move to a new state or country like to hype themselves up and explain that they were perhaps a little bit bigger than they actually were in their other location. This gentleman has a realness and honesty that I really like. 👍

    If what this guy said is accurate, he can file for VA disability, regardless of his lapsed pension. If his injuries are still comparable to 30% he can get $467 per month. His conditions have likely worsened and/or developed secondary disabilities. He deserves to look into his benefits. If the injuries are service connected, he would be able to use the VA Foreign Medical Program for treatment as necessary. He would be eligible for even broader healthcare when back in the U.S.

    • @Traveler-PKK
      @Traveler-PKK 2 года назад +1

      @@mrjones944 Sounds like he can still go to the VA. Even if he was seperated from the military under the Temporary Disability List, he should have some form of rating if he complied with the TDL program. If not, most likely they just seperated him without a DoD rating and gave him standard military benefits without Tricare which requires at lest 30% DoD rating. He can still go to the VA if he can find his DD214 and other supporting docs. They would rate him higher that 30% most likely due to age and time. Also, back then DoD ratings are always lower than VA ratings. Today you just get one rating if you leave active service the VA/DoD rating.

      @@phil-be-health I don’t disagree. However, after a certain age, and looking at your own family history, you can ballpark how long you will likely live. If I can live 10 or 15 happily in the PI, Ecuador, Uruguay, Georgia, Albania, DR, or Thailand vs 20 in the increasingly divisive U.S. with the last 5 years likely in and out of Hospitals. She died about 30 years ago and the building changed hands after that. It was brought to my attention recently that my grandma’s old apartment, which is about 1,000 sq ft, is listed for rent at $6,000 per month. Think of that. It seems to me that you can rent a nice house in the Philippines and have a good lifestyle for a fraction of that amount. Which is why I’m investigating 🇵🇭. 😂

    [ repentance and acceptance of the PAID IN FULL sin payment is the only way to receive the gift, we must believe by faith through the testimony of those that came before us that Jesus arose from the dead ] { 1 Corinthians 15:- tells us that the gospel is the death, burial and Resurrection of Jesus and that there were more than 500 people that saw Jesus after he arose from the dead and this is the testimony that we are to carry on and witness to others}
    10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

      @@edwarddavila9925 The way it was explained is fishy still. VA has a different compensation rate. With one or two dependents, it's minuscule with or without dependents for 30 percent. Maybe 80 dollars in today's table. It takes a while to be medical boarded out with a certain percentage rating or takes a little while to get VA exam to rate you. Then you have the VA pay until you get an exam to determine that you are better for them to take it away.
