Ok so for those wondering (because I was) the way you put the new one is this. 1.) Install new driveline in any orientation, try not to turn the rear diff or transmission separately. 2.) Start the car if it shakes kill it and turn one half of the driveline. I.e. remove the bolts from the rear diff only and turn it clockwise and bolt back up. 3.) Repeat until it no longer shakes. There are 9 possible combinations of the rear diff and driveline, trial and error are key. IF the car doesn't shake as bad after turning one side turn only the other until the shaking is gone. There may be an easier way but I could find none This is what I had to do and it worked!
Do you have any video from chrysler pasifica 2006 i have the same problem with the driveshaft but its a diferent with 300 chrysler thank you very much good look !! ;)
+Francisco Chavez We currently do not have an auto repair video specific to your vehicle. We will keep this request in mind in the event that we need to make this repair in the future. Have a great day! 1aauto.com
I have a 2007 Dodge Magnum Sxt v6 3.5L RW but i am not sure which driveshaft to buy. I am seeing 4spd and 5spd not sure if there really is a difference. Also can a SE (V6 2.7L) drivesfaht work on my car.
+Omard Gardiner We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
If you get under your car you can identify which transmission byou have , for chrysler 300 3.5l they usually use a 4speed 42rle transmission or a 5 speed Nag1 transmission. Does your shifter show +/- ? If it does, then you have a Nag1. If it does not, you have a 42rle.
Allô .moi. J ai seulement la pièce du millieu juste bout du différentiel mais .le morceau sur différentiel les visé sont toute brisé ...comment change la pièce sur différentiel ????merci ...
Looked for a video for my car but there aren’t any out there . Here’s some info to hopefully help someone from making the same mistake I did. 2015 charger se awd rear drive shaft cannot be disassembled. You will have to replace the entire shaft. Between $ 1000-1400.
+Javaughn Whatley It may be a different procedure on your application. We currently do not have an auto repair video for this particular year, make and model. Thank you for asking. 1aauto.com
+Captain Dark Thanks for checking us out! We do not carry the driveshaft for your model at this time, but we are always updating our inventory so check back with us in the future! 1aauto.com
I mean, the other alternative is do it yourself, but there is not much difference. $900 for a new shaft, $100 for renting a lift for 2 hours (assuming you have a DIY shop near you) and another $100 for “coaching” (hiring a mechanic who will walk you through the whole process, which I will 100% recommend if you’ve never done this before). So that is about $1100. I’ll pay the extra $300 to avoid the headache

+The-Fall3nDreamz YT Thanks for the tip! We'll pass this info along to our production team.
Question. What if I have to replace the whole thing? How would I rebalance it?
You marked the old drive shaft. How would you know if the new drive shaft is going in the right way?
How do you know the new drive shaft is aligning corectly
Good question, can someone answer this??
@@ClosedCasket5220 markings as in weights welded onto the shaft
Plug and play pay attention to detail
A balanced drive shaft can be installed in any bolt hole it is balanced separately for the transmission and the rear end
just a question do i need to preload the suspension before tightening carrier ?
What good does the marking do at the transmission end if you're changing the transmission ?
You only need to mark them if you are reusing the couplings. Otherwise it doesn't matter if they are going to be replaced with new ones 🙄
does the chryslerr 300 have a rear and front driveshaft?
Is this process the same for a 2005 Chrysler 300?
+Shane Garcia It may be a similar process on that vehicle. 1aauto.com
What are the measurements for the driveshaft
Thank you for this!
Where could I find a complete front drive shaft for a Dodge Charger 09 5.7L AWD? I’ve been looking forever
I just found 1 at the junkyard today. Mines broke while driving
How much would it cost to replace a transfer case on a 2014 300s awd
Was this making a loud banging or knocking noise under the park and driver shifter?
Is it??!

I am currently paying for this process to be done. Parts and 2 hours of labor=1400 dollars. Yes it hurts.
On a 2013 Chrysler 300s
