i watched this over 50 times in the last 4 days. i love chvrches
After seeing them 6 times live over past 8 years I love going back and watching their early performances. Love them ❤
The way the 2 guys bop around is actually really infectious, I've found myself doing it when I get really into it lol
Lauren is a beauty of a singer and she fits 100% into the Band - in my opinion SHE is the spirit of the Band! Her very natural fine voice gives us something that has gone missing for quite a time in the music industry - she is a very natural jung girl and NOT a Melodyne manipulated pseudo singer like most of what we hear today in almost any styles. Wish the music industry had more such natural talents!

the fact that she is insanely attractive may be colouring your overall view Manuel, but then again, subjectivity is a handy card to play. People have naughty thoughts about her I'm sure. You can play that card too. I think she is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.

Five years later, it's amazing to see how far Lauren's voice has come. She's gotten so good, her voice is so clear and expressive
Yeah, I just saw them a couple weeks ago. This video was the first I’d ever heard of CHVRCHES back when it was released, and it’s awesome to see how far they’ve come. Still dealing with technical problems though! Lol
The opening riff to "We Sink" is everything about why I love CHVRCHES.
This my favorite performance from them. The small crowd, the intimacy between them and the band, and the fact that things go wrong with the equipment just makes it all genuine to me. Chvrches might not be my favorite band of all time, but I always find myself coming back to listen to them.

frizzybob Lol? Are you ok? You do realize this comment was in response to all the people who say her voice is bad. Simple is just my description of her voice, but I meant it in a good way.
I actually do have a cover on my channel, so go ahead and check it out. I'm not Billy Idol, but most people like my voice and I've sung in front of an audience of 3000 before, so don't tell me how big my balls are. My voice has also gotten a lot fuller and steadier since the video on my page, and my range has an increased dramatically. I've only been singing for about 2 years, and my video is several months old.

SHE'S SO CUTE OMG
Her voice, their ability to synthesize their songs... they're a great combination of skill and balance of talent. What a great display. Also in love with the human touch of personal interest and semi-(maybe feigned) nervousness from the band. Fan of them, and all the friends I've introduced their music to agrees.

Amazing! i love how they have clearly decided to do what they do and not try to be likable over themselves. Don't know their individual names but the dude in the hat is jamming the way he knows how - Need more like that, her voice is (to me) soo unique and awesome, blown away! . Very talented group of musicians.

Wonderful and refreshing!
Love these guys, They've got a really good thing going, Great synergy as a three piece. They come across natural and down to earth, no pretentious bullshit going on. They write well crafted, perfect pop songs. Album ordered!
Did anyone else hear 'Mia' when she said 'We Are' in the beginning of the first song?
The people in the crowd don't seem to be super into them which sucks because if I was there I'd be incredible pumped. Love this band!

it's so cool how the synths sound just a little bit different, like they tweaked it on the album, even though it's clearly the same actual synths.
It's all sampled, the main focus is on Lauren's vocals.
