@@universewonders1 I have a Nikon D3300 DSLR camera, I take several photos of the milky way and constellations with it, I think it is possible to put it on the Skywatcher virtuoso 150 GTI telescope, it is not as effective as a camera dedicated to deep sky astrophotography, but I think I can get good results, I really like galaxies and nebulae
@@universewonders1 Cool! The sky here should also help a lot with astrophotography, as it is very dark and there is just a little light pollution on the horizon, but nothing major, according to the light pollution map, the bortle rating here is 3.5. Thank you for this information about the Skywatcher virtuoso 150 GTI 🌌
Thank you for sharing. Impressing images for such a low cost telescope. I just got the virtuoso myself which I will mainly use for EAA using a ZWO 294MC. Because of the nights not being dark at this of year I have plenty of time making a light shield and probably upgrade the focusser and properly learn to use it (using Sharpcap). May be also swap two of the feet for height adjustable ones to make levelling more easy. I am also looking forward to be able to easily transport it to a somewhat darker site without street lights: So much easier then my 12" dob.
Processed on siril, i have videos shoewing my ptrocessing methods. Multiple exposures of 5/8 seconds and multiple nights sometimes aswell depends on thre target
I have dwarf 2 and its great but this is realy powerfull and price is great. It has tracking and go to? Wich camera i need to buy to work with this scope. Is it posible to mount phone camera on to it?. Amazing pictures cant belive this scope can do it.🙃
Dwarf 2 is more portable than this, but this beats it hands down in terms of image quality and lighy gathering because of the 6 inch aperture. It tracks the sky in altazimuth, it is possible to mount a phone camera yes and take pictures that way. The sv705c from svbony is a great starter camera for this telescope, the only downsides of this telescope is the focuser which can easily be fixed by wrapping plumbers tape around the treads to stiffen it up because it is abit loose without, also it is collapsible so you will need to create a light shield for it, its easy to do though dont worry just simply made by 5 bucks worth of hard foam. Also i made a video on this, this telescope works much much better with a synscan usb adapter which costs about 50 euros, it tracks beautifully
I love these astrophotographs, I'm going to want to buy this same telescope this year, I already have the camera here with me! 🌌
Nice, what camera you have?

@@Arthurnk183 it is supposed to work yes, it will reach focus without barlow because the virtuoso is collapsible to adjust the focal plane

Nice to hear, the 294 sensor is very good combination with the virtuoso, good luck on your journey 🙂
Could you comment more about your processing method? Did you shoot multiple exposures and stack them? How long was each exposure?

Question, why is the cover there on the virutso?
It is there to stop light leaking into it, spoiling the images
