I inspected this 1970 Chevelle convertible just outside of San Diego, CA for a potential buyer. It turned out to be a clone and a purchase was not made. The owner of the car has owned this car for over 35 years and had no idea it wasn’t a authentic car. Evidence indicated this car was born a highly optioned small block powered 1970 Chevelle Malibu convertible without either of the 2 big block super sport option packages.
