    So greatful that God brought me to this channel on PBS station I have been following Miranda-Edmonds White try to do her daily workout.     Exercise helps for processing and detoxifying stress but reading/doing relaxing stuff or brain training does wonders too. Some even color to fend off anxiety. I am glad I'm shifting from video games, though VR is good exercise, to books as I get more unique stories and similar to VR, people can be whoever I imagine until the author says otherwise (which we get a lot more lazy character designs or diversity checkboxes).

    Just imagine at 6-8% brain usage the world is in shambles if everyone uses 15% the world will be over 😂
