Thank you so much> it has been hard finding videos on discovery calls.
This was very helpful. I'm very worried that I may say the wrong thing that may turn away clients, these video calls are the most intimidating for me.
Aeriel, thank you for being honest. I know they can be intimidating at first because you are not sure what they'll ask or if you'll get stuck.
Preparation is your best friend here....having a framework, practicing, even videotaping yourself (it helps to see yourself) to notice where you are getting stuck.
Practice asking yourself some questions that a prospect may ask and see how you answer them. If you don't like how you did, then work on writing some notes that will help you to answer the questions better.
