I understand the hesitation is because you feel you're not ready. I'll encourage you to focus on getting one client, that first client is going to be the one with that you can practice your overall method of communication, delivery of service, actually performing the task of bookkeeping, and even the act of onboarding.
What do you feel is the biggest area of worry for you?
@@TheBookkeepingShop I'm really afraid of taking on the client and then not knowing what to do after that. Then I'd be in a position where they were trusting me with something as huge as their business and finances and I wouldn't know what to do after taking them on and I would let them down, make them mad maybe and maybe they would post lots of bad things about my company name and I'd ruin my opportunity to have this business that means so much to me. I really, really care about people and LOVE to find ways to help them. I don't want to let anyone down or make a mistake.
