Great video! I live in California. How do I figure out what to charge for this offer? If extra bank accounts etc...if there are things considered as add on's to this offer package how much would I charge for each add on?

I will reply to your questions shortly, when I’m back in my office in a few days. It’s a great question and I think others would have the same question so I may actually do a video on it.

I live in California as well. Great questions about charging. In the video I mention an Intake Questionnaire which is typically something you would send your prospect in order to determine how big of a project it is. How many months, how many bank accounts, etc. and then you as the professional, need to assess how much time you may need in order to complete the project in a specific amount of time. You can then take that time, add some buffer for unexpected things that come up (because they always come up) and multiply those hours by a rate that would make you a profit and be worth your while to then give a fixed rate for the project. You can also add a clause that scopes out the project and stipulates if the volume or project is larger than originally scoped out, you may need to discuss and adjust or charge an additional rate.
I have an intake questionnaire form already if you want to check that out. www.veronicasagastume.com/shop/p/questionnaire
      The flow would be:
      1) Discovery Call (learn about what they need
      2) send intake questionnaire to then
      3) prepare a service agreement with the scope of work and fee www.veronicasagastume.com/shop/p/contract
      I hope this helps.

Hi James, the example I give is in the video. Creating an offer where you are solving a problem that a small business owner has especially in the fourth quarter of the year when they have all of a sudden realized they are way behind in keeping up with their books is a type of irresistible offer. You as a Bookkeeper, a Creating and Offer that is specific to the small business owner to solve the problem in a timely manner.
